This is for the Mr. Hero by Walmart in stow off of Graham Road. After getting my food i turned to walk out and happen to go back in because i forgot something. And the elderly foreign lady with glasses who is always on the fry station was out from behind the counter after the rush with a dust pan and broom when i came back in, spot sweeping with the same gloves she was making our fries with, i literally walked out for only like 7 seconds. Maybe the actual boss doesn't know about any of this but Ive worked for mr hero and they have dropped stuff on the floor and still served it to the public ( frozen meats and buns) and if there are old fries they get re-deepfried (because ive had to do it). Oh and for the record if someone brings back a messed up sandwich and you order that same kind of sandwich, they will toast you a new bun throw the meat from the brought back sandwich on the grill and put it on your new toasted bun for you order. 😂😂( even though that customer who brought it back might have touched it with dirty hands or might have some kind of disease). Don't get me wrong i love mr hero's and its some of the best food ive had. But i think mr heroes needs to be watched a little more closely by corporate, because whenever corporate comes around they scramble like a room full of cockroaches when you turn...
Read moreI have never tried any Mr. Hero, but it was a Doordash option so I placed an order for delivery. I asked for the smoked turkey sandwich to not have swiss cheese, but it did. The sandwich was full of old lettuce that could be smelled as soon as the wrapper was opened. Some was even brown. The tomato slices were not much bigger than a quarter and were not fresh. The waffle fries were lukewarm but were good once I nuked them for 20 seconds.
During the pandemic, we are encouraged to support local businesses. Very few restaurants, including this one, repay that patronage with quality, tasty food. Including a Pepsi and the Dasher tip, the order was $18.75. Way too much money for mediocre food. I won't order from them again. Edit--after business response, nice to be called a...
Read moreIt was okay, the food from Mr hero is almost always good. But the kid behind the counter couldn't hear to save his life, the place is small since there's no dining.. I'm talking like TINY! everybody there seems like they don't know what they're doing when a customer walks in, or I caught a time where they were all having a meeting, it seemed like a few of them were standing and joking, waiting to be told what to do. You can barely find the place. It sits next to a horribly abandoned storefront. Smh, I wish you could see this place more, and I wish it was bigger. I wish the people had more of an idea what they were doing, but keep the...
