Chen's Garden — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

I Apsolutley love this place. I have been coming here for 5 years and has always been our go to spot. The portions are huge so there's always extra for lunch the next day. The food is Always fresh and always hot, The biggest plus with Chen's is we never have any issues. 99.9% of the time no matter where you order there is ALWAYS going to be something wrong when you get your food n I know most of y'all reading this can sadly agree that you've been there one to many times😒. In the 5 years I've been coming here I can honestly tell you that my family n I have never had an issue like missing food, or received the wrong items or condiments,. Never had to worry about our food tasting like old fryer Grease ect... The staff work extremely well together n have a pretty amazing routine which is awesome cause your never having to wait forever for your food. So if your looking for something to eat I promise this place won't let u down☺️ Q Thank you Chen's Garden for all your hard work n dedication. Look forward to seeing...

Food was mediocre at best. Orange beef that I got was more like undefinable meat rolled in dough with a less than par sauce. Broccoli was very crunchy, but not bad tasting 1.5/10

The orange chicken I got was not great either. The meat itself was bordering on good, but the sauce was the detractor for me. The consistency of said said sauce was somewhere between thick barbecue sauce, and honey. The taste was bland for the sauce, and from what I did taste of it, I did not like it. 3.5/10

The egg roll was very bland, and didn't have much of a taste at all 1/10

The fried rice actually wasn't bad 6/10

Most of the food for my taste tasted like someone was making the food in the other room. I really hope you guys go up in quality from what you used to be, please keep trying.

Not worth what I paid at the current time. I would pay half of the price I did...

Was looking for a great Chinese carryout. Did not find it here. Food was greasy and almost tasted and looked like it was pre-processed and bought that way and just heated up. Egg roll looked and tasted like it came out of a box. Got egg foo young and the omelettes were perfectly round and the same size like they came out of a box. And super greasy like they just threw them in and heated them up. And I have no clue what the brown gravy was. It was yellowish and a thick paste. Was not appetizing at all. As for service the cashier was friendly enough. But the lady who seemed like her supervisor or maybe the owner was rude when the cashier told me the wrong lesser price. Do not spend your money here you could go to a restaurant and sit down and have better food for the same price....
