To be fair I've never had an issue with this Subway up until the last time I went there they messed up two of our subs I had called the manager answered was very rude acting like I was being loud with her when I clearly specified that I had her own speaker phone she then proceeded to hang up on me husband went to get replacements of the subs that we ordered that were wrong they were extremely rude to him as well tried to act like the subs were correct we had the whole receipt the subs we had received were nowhere close to the subs that we ordered didn't have the right veggies meats or any of that but on the bright side this is the first ish why I've ever had with this subway this is the subway that me and my husband prefer to go we come here quite often I just did not appreciate the manager getting extremely rude and disrespectful with me and then hanging up on me for absolutely no reason
Edit: The same manager was working on another occasion we had placed an curbside pickup order we were waiting in an empty parking lot there were 2 other employees and the manager up front behind counter playing around we were waiting in parking lot over 20 minutes one of the employees decided while we were waiting on our order to be brought out to us to flick the lights off and on manager is absolutely rude and when the employees brought our order out to us as they walked away from us they muttered something to where I didn't quite catch what was said the employees and this one manager here the last few times I've been here have been extremely rude...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this subway for about 10 years. It’s always been great. Today I went in , for my usual sandwich, that I order probably twice a week. I always say the same exact thing. “As little mayo as you can manage” This same person, “Jen” has messed this up on multiple occasions. She’s quite rude, and reminds me of a bridge troll from those stories.
Today she put easily twice as much mayo as I ask for on the sandwich. I let her know that is too much, and she asks “why don’t you say you want less mayo” I ask for the same thing. Every time. In fact - if you followed up with other employees around, they know my exact order. I told her this. To which she goes full Karen, screaming, and I mean screaming, “get out”, because I asked for my order to be correct. I’ve never seen behavior like this in a work environment, it was the single saddest, most pathetic thing I’ve witnessed.

Read moreMy boyfriend and I came in Saturday morning the 5th, ready to chow down on a sub, totally hungover and just needed food. Walked in and was instantly greeted by Ben who was soo friendly and we instantly got great vibes from him. I work in food service and was HIGHLY impressed by his people skills and started my chicken teriaki sub perfectly. My boyfriend got the blt with double meat and mentioned wishing they would do a flat bread with the Italian herb and cheese. Ben heard and offered to put some on for him which highly impressed both of us that he would go out of his way to make his guests food like they wanted. I think her name was Cassidy that finished our subs and made sure the line was stocked so we would have fresh product. Their combined efforts created one of the best subs I've ever had, and my boyfriend said the Italian herb made his sub!
