Man this place drives me nuts. I opened my phone to leave a review, and I find the review I wrote 5 months ago with the same issues I had tonight. I’m tired of being treated like a criminal and questioned about why I have so many credits.
I have so many credits because I have 5 kids and I order 5 times a month and every single time I do, I get pizzas loaded with garlic crust and buffalo chicken with no buffalo sauce.
If you don’t want me to have so many credits then stop sending the wrong food to my house. Cause it’s crazy expensive so YES. When you screw it up I’m calling.

I swear everytime I call this store it's a fight, the kid that works the night always argues with me, I swear on everything if it wasn't for my spouse and how much she enjoys specialty chicken I would never even attempt to order from this location. I'm so sick of it. I'm just so sick of it I can't begin to explain how sick I am being treated the way I get treated from the staff in this store I can't even ask for a simple request without getting some smart cheap comment in return to the point it's depressing. I continue to order on a regular basis, $35 plus ticket every time and I absolutely hate it. This stores ownership is out of state and its screams out loud it's very obvious. Read moreAt first, I thought this Domino’s was a good place to go to, but last night got a pizza and the pizza had some hair attached with it, and it went in the trash or refuse to ever order from that place ever again I will take my business back to Papa Johns And Pizza Hut because they they have good deals and good pizza and I’ve never ever had an issue with them other two places this is the first one. I called him today and asked if there was a manager. The guy said he was a manager I asked him for the customer service number. Read moreThis location is so inconsistent and is always forgetting pieces and parts of orders. But this time was way worse.
Ordered $50 worth of food, and only got about 40% of it. Had to call 6 times just to get ahold of someone since their voicemail isn’t set up.
Was then put on hold for 10 minutes and the person said that the rest of my food was sitting there and they could have it delivered. I asked him to read it back (the remaining items) and he still got it wrong. I asked for reimbursement or some sort of discount for good will since this is the 3rd time this has happened, and he said “since the food is still being delivered, I can’t offer you anything” - no mention that the food has been sitting there and continues to be there.
UPDATE: So - it’s been 20 minutes, and he said it would be here in 10, and the rest of my food has been sitting there what is going on an hour now. How is this even remotely acceptable?
The driver to confirm that the right items had been delivered and I was reassured that the food had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour.
Seriously? Why would it be so hard to just reimburse me? Instead you deliver overcooked yet cold dog food?
