First, let me start out by saying I have shopped at Kings of vapor for years. Iāve had customer service issues in the past, but theyāve always been resolved Iām a heavy vaper. I used to smoke two packs a day. Over the probably six years I have probably spent over 3000$ to $4000 at the different Kings a vapor stores. I have switched to pod devices and other salt Nic devices in the last few years. Recently, it was time for a new device, as it was becoming increasingly difficult to get pods and coils for the one I had. I purchased a Caliburn koko from this location recently. After about a week or two the device stopped seating the coils properly. More recently the device started auto firing nonstop, which would lead to flooding. I work 60 hours a week so today I finally had a chance to stop up because I left work early. The employee named Kota, informed me that I was out of āwarrantyā on the device by a Day. (This was day 31) I was informed that they would not replace the device. I knew it couldnāt be done without manager approval so I asked him to reach out to a manager, which he did. Iām pretty sure the managers name is Derek, but the employee would not confirm at the end. Regardless, I asked the employee to throw the manager on speaker so I could tell him what was going on. He did and then informed the manager that āhey, I threw you on speaker so you can talk to himā. To which the manager promptly replied, take me off speaker in an irritated tone. The manager gave kota several troubleshooting steps which I had already done multiple times and then we tried again in the store. The Autofire continued to happen and then he said that he is unwilling to replace the device. The device was only 30 or $40 and to be honest itās not about the money itās about the fact that I have had customer service issues in the past I have let it go. I have managed several different retail stores in the past. This managers unwillingness to even attempt to defuse a situation is a disgrace. Let alone the fact the employee, would not confirm the managers name at the end. Iāve always gone back to Kings because the employees have always been great, but itās always seemed like the managers have been difficult to say the least. Today is yet another example of terrible management and customer service that will lead to me taking my business elsewhere from now on. The disposable prices and 30 mill juice prices are a few dollars higher than the surrounding stores which I was always willing to overlook for convenience and loyalty. Well today I was shown that my loyalty with my dollar meant nothing so I will be taking my money somewhere else from now on....

I was an avid, every day, sometimes 3 packs a day smoker, Iām a machine operator, and work fast paced in a shop, I, easily on a non stressful day could blow through 3 packs of cigarettes, I walked in, and Krista, greeted me, warmly and with a smile, I explained my situation, how Iād tried things like it in the past, explained how I couldnāt breathe, and sometimes struggled, to find the energy to do simple things, she recommended this little device called a Caliburn, salt nicotine vape, still skeptical, I tried different flavors, found one I enjoyed, and went ahead with my purchase.
The moment I took a drag off of the vape, I fell in love, this vape is not meant for clouds but I was easily blowing clouds in the shop and even surprised Krista because she hadnāt seen anyone do that before, with out choking, especially on a salt nicotine based device, to give you an idea of how much I smoked in a day, Iāll explain:
āIāve wanted to quit for so long, I donāt really like smoking, never did, I donāt like the smell, or the lingering smell, the taste, or the price (haha), just with the type of work I do, itās fast paced and I donāt have time to eat, I get two ten minute breaks, so a smoke (or 5) would suffice till my next break, then the same thing till I was off and then lighting up another (or 3) to make it home. Which from my job, I live 5-7 minutes, that was an every day thing, without added stress, added stress made those number nearly double.ā
Now, after only having the device for a little over an hour, I can physically breathe, without strain, I donāt smell like a cigarette, I donāt breathe in the secondhand smoke, I donāt want a smoke, plus did I mention I can BREATHE!!!!!
Krista did an immaculate job in helping me, I cane never that her enough. I am so happy I decided to stop in and look, Iād still be an avid smoker for sure. Thanks to her, I know I can do this.

   Read moreFirst time customer to the State Rd. shop (8/29/16). Mr. Matthew Monasterio requested "due to new federal law", that he see my fiancée and my ID's (even though I was the only one making a purchase). He explained that no one under age was permitted in the shop due to the technical tobacco sales. Did I mention that we were sitting next to a 4-5 year old daughter of another customer while he completed a "tobacco transaction"? She must have just looked younger than her actual age, or had a pretty decent fake ID... Either way, my fiancée (who definately is of age, surely appears older than 5, but was not carrying her ID due to the cute sundress she was wearing not having pockets) had to leave the shop while I finished my transaction. Then, I was asked to pay 50¢ to test liquid because they can't let you try it for free any longer. That is understandable, and I would gladly pay, but I wasn't going to waste any more time with this guy as he picks and chooses at his discretion who to apply "new laws" to. I made my (very limited) one time purchase with Kings of Vaper on this day due to Mr. Monasterio's inconsistent treatment of customers. I have honestly heard varied opinions of each of the Kings of Vapor stores from friends, but figured I would give them a try. I definitely found some claims to be true, learned my lesson, and will continue to spend my money at...
