McDonald's — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

The manager on duty today 1/28/2020 at 1130am (since she wouldn’t give us her name) We went in to let them know about his passing was very rude and heartless. My sons father worked there so while my husband and I was out getting decorations for my sons father’s Memorial we decided to stop by to let everyone know of his passing and to invite anyone who may want to come and the manager that had her hair pulled back in a ponytail wearing a white and black shirt says to me no you can’t leave any info here for His memorial because his girlfriend works here and it’s inappropriate. I proceed to tell her that his girlfriend told me she wanted to be a part of it but I haven’t been able to get ahold of her. Can I leave the info here for her because she wasn’t there, she says no. When I say this manager was rude, insensitive, and heartless is an understatement. So you mean to tell me that an ex employee passes away and she made everyone’s mind up about if they wanted to go or not? That goes to show how much she cares about one of her employees passing away. My family and I are customers there every time we go to Walmart and mark my words when I tell you we will not spend 1 cent there ever again and depending on how it’s handled I will decide if we every eat at a McDonald’s again. I would think twice about anyone working under that manager because if you or your family passes away she ( the manager on duty) will not care to say the lease. Infact, she is so spiteful she’d be the one to spit in your food. My husband that goes in when he seen me coming out in tears to politely telling her that the way she handled it was inappropriate and she told him to leave and her attitude was like what are you going to do about it. It’s sad because even though me and the employee aren’t together he is still the father of our son and this is a terrible situation for everyone involved. Depending on how this is handled I will decide how much further we will go about this situation. My husband and I asked her her name and she wouldn’t give it to us. Unbelievable.... I rarely leave negative reviews, but I drove my family if 6 through the drive through the other night and everything was wrong with my order. This isnt the 1st time my order was screwed up at this store, but somethings aren't worth squabbling over. This particular time, I sat at the speaker for probably 5 mins before someone even acknowledged me. When the gentleman taking my order came he was laughing so hard he could hardly speak. He pulled himself together and took my order. Must not have been paying any attention because I had to repeat EVERYTHING over the goofing off in the background. I ordered a Mcchicken only Mayo...got one with only lettuce. Ordered a cheeseburger no pickle happy meal, gogurt, juicebox....got HAMBURGER, no gogurt ( or any side) and a juice box. Ordered a Artisan Grilled Value Meal with no vinaigrette, med fri, med Sprite. What I got (below) was unrecognizable and Sprite with NO syrup. Ordered nuggets that were hard and cold. I was asked if I needed sauce. My response was yes, ranch and buffalo, please. Also asked for ketchup. Get to the window and pay...that went smooth. Nice young girl was very personable and asked how my day was. Very sweet. I then get to the pick up window and my food and drinks were literally thrown at me. Drinks were overflowing and dripping on my lap and in my cup holders. I asked for napkins and the girl slammed the window shut and rolled her eyes. Gave me the napkins and I asked are the sauces and ketchup in the bag. Her response...yes ma'am and shut the DT window. I drove home only to find I had wasted a good chunk of my hard earned money. Nothing was edible. Fries were cold and I only live 4 mins from this particular McDonald's. And of course, I'm up a creek without a paddle because low and behold.. I didnt get my receipt!. I'm all for having fun on the job, but when you have a customer, it's your job to take care of them. I dont know if my sandwich was a joke, or if something awful was on it. I wasnt chancing it with me or my family. I will never be back. I wish I could...

Every time I come here, there is a general cluelessness among the employees that is extremely annoying. No one ever seems to know what my order is. When I went through the drive thru once, I was asked three times by three different people if I had a meal that I did not order. They then told me to pull forward to wait. Someone tried bringing me the wrong order, then they brought me only half my order (but they were under the impression I already had the other half) and then the manager had to come out and figure out my actual order and make sure I got the right stuff. I thought using mobile ordering would be easier but it was actually worse. I avoided the drive thru and tried to pick up inside and my order still wasn't ready after 30 minutes. After waiting and being ignored for a long time, I finally got a manager to help me and I learned from her that they lost the other half of my order. I had to wait longer for something that should have been done already. It's a real shame.

The only awesome person that works here is the manager with gray hair and glasses. She deserves a serious raise! She always tries to help customers and I feel bad she has to deal with such incompetent people and always fix their constant errors.
