Food is great as always but the staff have been horrible the last few times weve been in. My gf and i have student ids so we always come for the 8 dollar entree that we get. We found out we love the pene parm pre built piada, but since the price of the entree is 8 bucks regardless we like to customize it. Every time we come in we say “id like a build your own piada made like a pene parm” and that always turns into a whole fiasco for some reason. The workers say “we cant do that cause it still wont be 8 bucks” somehow forgetting the student discount thing. As my gf and i are in here right now, i just watched her place the typical order. The person at line one (the grill area who takes your order) was told she wanted a create your own penne parm and that she had a student discount. The person at toppings took the piada sloppily assembled the penne parm ingredients and started to wrap it up when my gf said “that was supposed to be a create your own i just like it built like a penne parm” the worker then just chucked it into the trash and said to the first person “remake create your own piada.” The worker then explained “we have to do that because create your owns arent 8 dollars. Again forgetting that with a student discount, the entree is irrelevant. We then had to google the ingredients in the penne parm and have the worker build a penne parm without telling her penne parm. She made the same piada she had thrown out just seconds ago except this time my gf was able to add toppings on top of the basic penne parm. I guess its not the biggest deal but most of the workers are horrible at interacting customers simply speaking with us probably could have cleared this situation up, instead food went to waste and the same 8 dollar price was charged at the...

DECLINE ORDERS from here If you are a delivery driver, DONT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM HERE. I was lied to a told itd be 5 minutes, and proceeded to wait for 45 minutes after the specified pick up time(I asked them multiple times how much longer, each girl there said "oh just a few minutes", just to have me wait another 30). Absolutely pathetic staff, 4 highschoolers who will actually sit there and talk for 5 minutes while a line is building up. Sat for 45 minutes watching each of them go to the bathroom, 2 of them went twice, 1 of them went on her phone for at least 15 minutes behind the salad bar. All of this, while approximately 5-8 people entered the ENTIRE 45 MINUTES. While me and another delivery driver waited for an absurd amount of time. After 5000 orders on doordash/uber, safe to say this piadas, and the wendy's in macedonia, and sweet carolina's, might be the worst 3 staff's I have ever laid my eyes on. Actually impressive how terrible these kids are, at their job. Incredibly suprised given my other fantastic Piada...

The Piada in Cuyahoga Falls is my favorite restaurant to go in North East Ohio. Service here is phenomenal, fast, and all the staff are super friendly and easy to talk to. I’d like to say a special thank you to Mallory and a few of the other workers who have been working here for a couple years. I appreciate you remembering my order (and my name!!). Thank you for genuinely asking how I am doing, being kind, and being sweet to me.. that isn’t always common practice for line style restaurants.

On the administrative side, the only piece of advice I’d offer to whomever owns this location, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allow for tipping on credit card, and in general. These folks are busting their butts and deserve a nice bonus for how wonderful they are at their jobs. Allowing tips gives your workers a chance to help establish even more long lasting customers.. which will grow your business!!

Other than that, I love going here after work every week. Thank...

The piadas are really good. I love the concept of a pasta dish being in a wrap. I've eaten here at least once a week since moving to the falls last month. The restaurant itself is nice and clean. The employees have always been friendly for the most part. The only issue I have, which is the same issue I have at any of these build your own type places like Chipotle, is the inconsistency. I mean it's always good, but depending on who is working, sometimes it can be better than others. Luckily it's only happened to me once, but there is one guy who works there that goes super skimpy on stuff. My wrap is usually a similar size, and his was like half the size I normally get. My girlfriend's was also much smaller than it usually was. The pictures I posted were from today, and it was the normal size I'm used to and really good!

Piada is a restaurant chain I've been to many times but this is my first visit to this location. It was a great experience, consistent with my past experiences. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were quick to help out and asked questions to customize my order. The woman at the cash register had no voice but continued through her job like she normally would. Very pleasant and maintained a great attitude. The ingredients we're fresh and crisp. My salad was delicious and so was my lobster bisque. Again, consistent with the Piada brand. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy. Napkins and flatware was stocked and tidy as well. It's in a great location with many businesses around. They offer online ordering and I noticed customers using it, picking up their orders. I highly recommend to just about anyone.

I found this place on a trip to Cuyahoga Valley National Park and decided to stop for lunch. After eating, I immediately looked up the chain to see if there is a location near my house (sadly the closest is 3 hours...). The food is amazing! My husband and I each got a pasta bowl and we loved the "build your own" style. The food was so yummy - and we both agree we think the spaghetti was easier to eat than the penne but both were tasty. We split a piada stick and were disappointed we hadn't gotten more. When we got back to our hotel in Cleveland for the evening I looked up food nearby and saw there was another piada nearby...and I really considered going there twice in one day. It was so good! My only complaint is there isn't a location near my home. :)
