Had wonderful customer service in the past, but tonight was a nightmare. Called in for a special on a pizza, I was told I could get a meat lover pizza for $12.98. I was then told I had to add an additional order for delivery, and was proposed bread sticks, brownies,, or some cinnamon sticks. I chose bread sticks, and then I was asked what sauce would I like with the breadsticks. I asked the flavors for my bread sticks, and I chose garlic butter. Once the pizza was delivered, I admired the driver to wait outside so that I can retrieve a tip for the driver. Once inside, I noticed I was missing the breadsticks. I called the store, (same number as I called before) and I was connected with the very rude manager at the store. He did not care of my concern at all. He stated “you called the main Pizza Hut number and they always mess up orders, unfortunately I’m sorry for that” I was very upset as I felt being a valued customer, he did not care. He would not give me his name and hung up on me. So whomever is the manager at the Cuyahoga falls location on State road, on 6/24/2025 at 10pm, needs to go through more customer service training. Looks very bad for the company when the managers are rude and have no answers and refuse to help a customer. He told me to leave this review actually, since he told me he can’t help me at all. As a Chamber member of commerce, I will not be supporting Pizza Hut if this is what they stand for. Our company supports many local businesses, and Pizza Hut will not be one of them anymore. We will be better off supporting small local companies. I’m sure no one will contact me...

I placed an order via the Pizza Hut app on Friday afternoon at 3:55pm for their holiday treat box with 2 pizzas, breadsticks and Cinnabon bites. Came to $38 including the delivery fee of $3.99 and a $5 tip. When the order confirmation came through, I was surprised when it said it wouldn’t be delivered until after 6pm. I was surprised, so I called the store. The lady that answered said that their times were behind because they only had 1 driver. But 4 new drivers had just showed up and she assured me it would be delivered within 30-40 minutes which was perfectly normal and expected. So I kept the order. Come to find out later that night when my wife got home that they’d only delivered the breadsticks and Cinnabon…but still charged my card $38. So I called the store and explained what had happened. Instead of apologizing, the manager Tom, told me that wasn’t possible. Especially if the sticks and Cinnabon came in the same box…he assured me that my card would only be charged roughly $21 dollars…for breadsticks, Cinnabon, $4 delivery and a $5 tip. Never once apologized for their mistake. Never even offered to fix it. Only stuck to his guns and said my card wouldn’t be charged $38…then he hung up on me. Through the entire conversation, I was nothing but kind. Absurd. I’ll never order from or visit this Pizza Hut...
Read moreWe order from here quite frequently, but sunday nights we always seemed to get burned! Once we ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and get a regular cheese pizza (and they almost didn't give us our side salad, we had to ask while in the drive through.) The second bad experience was far worse. We ordered contactless delivery (we order this about once a week) usually with no problems. However after over an hour we called to check order status and they insisted it was delivered. They had already called to confirm our address once before, and what they had was correct; they then told us it was out for delivery. We had checked both porches as well as our neighbors. Thankfully, they did refund our money. Weirdly, after we had called and received our refund the same guy called back to say he spoke to the driver again, and the driver admitted that he placed it on the porch across the street. The guy on the phone said they would still process the refund, but that it might be still be there. He apologized several times, but like.... wit? No offer to just replace it instead of refund which also would have been fine. In any case we usually have no problems with this place. Except on sunday evening I guess?? Buyer...
