I placed an online order 4th of July which they were open. My order was missing 3 ingredients, and what ingredients were on were so few their was more bread than anything. I could not see the cheese. Anyway, my husband's sub looked small too, but he was to hungry to have it sent back. I went back and the person at the counter essentially implied I was a liar about missing ingredients. She pointed out the cheese I could not see was in the sandwich, so I asked what about the other ingredients, i think at this point she realized i just want my order done correctly. So, she made a pretend phone call to some manager to act like she could go ahead and remake the sandwich. I was so mad about being called a liar and her giving me a hassle to not remake the sandwich that I just wanted a refund and to leave, but she said refunds are not allowed. I know this is wrong too, because I've had incorrect orders made before throughout the last 20 years and no subway store has ever treated me like this. I worked as a manager in customer service retail and food industry and this level of service was beyond appalling. I will not be back to this location. I highly encourage people to not use order online pickup. Quality is never the same no matter what location. When she finally remade my sandwich it was twice the size of the initial sandwich. She did not apologize I just got a lot of push back. As I left the store 2 people were entering and she told them they close 6:30 early for 4th of July. I'm assuming she did not want to mess up her clean counters to remake my sandwich. I do not often have issues...
Read moreMy review is for this particular location. Service and portions are never consistent. The last 3 times we were there the same girl was working. The 1st time we were the only people in the store, she made us wait quite some time before making our subs. She was busy doing other things but I feel that as the only customers in the store we should have been given some priority. I don't mind waiting a couple minutes but it wasn't just a couple. After I ordered my dtrs sub, the worker told me to just order a pizza sub, it's easier for workers that way and it's the exact same thing. Okay.... So we went back, it was the same girl again. I ordered the "pizza sub" and it was not the same thing. When I told her and asked to restart the sub, she said "well you should know what you're ordering". She then started it again, but seeming angry. She only 3 slices of pepperoni on it (6in), it's never been such a small portion. I then asked for double meat, that ended up being an additional $3. The third time the portions were different again. After I ordered my dtrs sub, the way I always have in exception to the last time, she once again told me to just order a pizza sub. Read moreI ordered footlongs online and I drove 10 minutes there. I waited in the car for a bit because it was a pretty big order. About 5 minutes later I went in and saw they just started making our order, and we were the only customers there. The workers kept on stareing at us and looked annoyed of us. We were just stood by the side quietly waiting for our order. When I turned over to look at the process, I just saw her starring right into my eyes with a annoyed expression and made me super uncomfortable. We went out to our car to wait because I couldn't stand how uncomfortable the atmosphere was. It took them 35 minutes to make a few footlongs when there isn't any other orders. I was going to only give a one star review until I saw they kept the subs together. The sandwich were organized. However, the everything taste watered down! Many of the vegetables were not fresh, only onions, banana peppers and green pepper were fresh. None of my family finished the sandwiches because everything tasted very bland.
