My first time at BurgerFi was a successful, despite it being only their second day open. I set the bar low, expecting relative chaos, but was pleased to find that even with a line out the door, the staff of BurgerFi seemed to have everything under control. The service was fast & friendly, & the food was delicious.
Overall, the wait was about the same as if you went into a sit-down restaurant, ordered with a server, & then waiting on your food to come out to you. I assume that once the novelty has worn off, the lines won't be quite so long & the overall experience will go much more quickly, but the lines moved pretty fast, even on day two, so if you're hungry & impatient, don't necessarily be scared off.
I've seen/heard a lot of complaints about BurgerFi's prices, & my solution for those people is simple: If you think BurgerFi is too expensive, eat elsewhere. But let the rest of us have this one damn thing, OK? It's great to have see an organic fast-casual joint settle in town, & BurgerFi is a nice alternative to the greasy burgers at Five Guys & the questionable meat at McDonald's.
Order a burger or hot dog creation off the menu or, starting at $5.45, create your own. Healthier options are also available - quinoa burger, chicken apple dog, lettuce in place of buns, etc. A host of their toppings (onions, jalapenos, etc.) are free/included, & others (chili, onion rings, etc.) are available for an added charge ($1 for everything but bacon, which is $1.57). Fries & onion rings are not included & thus cost extra; they, too, come in a variety of styles & with accoutrements like cheese, chili, parmesan & garlic, etc. I loved their plain fries with cheese sauce on the side, but I can't say I'll return to their onion rings, which are each the size of my face & pretty impossible to eat. As an apropos-of-nothing note, their BBQ sauce is fantastic, & you should try to create a burger that includes it.
The staff seemed to be on the ball & incredibly friendly, keeping the line moving & the restaurant clean. I'm glad to see BurgerFi in town & hope they...
Read moreWent there for the second time yesterday. While I was eating a worker stoppped what she was doing and walked over. She said is something wrong and I had just taken a bite and thought what are you talking about. I said no its good and continued eating then she said it again and her facial experssion was aggressive and her eyes were bugling and she point to the few chunks of the nasty white lettuce that is bitter i pushed it aside and I replied Im not eating that those are the bitter pieces of the lettuce. Then she said you don't like jalapeno and she kept staring at me with her eyes aggressively staring at me like she was annonyed I wasn't eating bitter letture and the jalapenos so at that point I stopped eating to inform her that no everything is good. I just do not feel like eating that. I went up to the counter to ask for a to go box for the fries covered in sauce and she told me no and I why? She said I don't give out containers. She wanted to give me a paper bag. Why would you put greesy fries covered in sauce in a paper bag to leak through. I told her I was her once before and someone gave us a container and we did not ask for it. She was rude and told me she can give me a container for the sauce not the fries. I was so confused at this point. I told her how can you give me a container for the sauce but not the fries. I told her the sauce is already on the fries so how were you getting the sauces off of the fries into a container then shoving the fries in a bag. Good god already! She then informed me she was the manager but with no named tag on idk who she really was besides some crazy that get enjoyment arguing with her customers. I asked for the managers number she then writes down a phone that when I tried to call is some weird google number and does not work. I called the restaurant and she told me she did not give me a fake number and if they want to call me back they will. So next time Im in the falls I will not be going to this restaurant. The area has much better options to chose which we will be doing next time we are...
Read moreHello my names Kenny i decided to take the wife to dinner to have some nice burgers (she's vegan im not) on arrival we were greeted my a nice gentleman but once we went to pay for our order there wasn't ending change. So he shouted three times to the manger in the back we need change we need change after rolling her eyes she came to the front to give change. So not to bad so far other then a manger who obviously doesnt care.
So that was the first experience but we came here for the food right. We ordered the strawberry shake and rootbear float well something like a root beer float since there drink machine wasn't working so I had to use a dr pepper as you might think is a god substitute but it's definitely not a foamy mess when pouring and mixed nothing like a root beer float.
I tried to clear my pallet with the strawberry shake but it tasted like nothing and had weird chunks inside. More like a birthday shake then anything.
So after trying the two desert type drinks I was pretty disappointed but had my head up for the food. After the same working who didn't have enough change earlier left the store and went to petsmart across the street while we waited and watched around as other complained about other things similar.
After our burgers arrived we tried to get into them but about three bites in i realized I was eating something. There was no taste, have you ever gotten covid 19 and last your taste buds kinda like that but a 60 dollar nightmare instead. Both burgers very tasteless. Idk if it's new management or what but please stay far away from this establishment unless you want to waste your hard earned...
