First time ever trying to give this place my business and I was lied to constantly in regards to my order. First they told me it would be an hour until my order was ready, it took two. They said they were busy, which is understandable but if you’re busy just say that. I would have been okay with a two hour wait but to waste a whole other hour freezing in the restaurant was just unnecessary. Then once I got my order it was wrong. First my 2 orders of Kung Po chicken were supposed to come with fried rice. Apparently they weren’t doing side orders of fried rice despite never once mentioning that over the phone when I quite literally called in to confirm my order and went over it on the phone. I asked and never once was I told there were no side orders of fried rice. Also why would there be no sides when you could make full orders of the same thing. Then they completely forgot a part of my order, which was supposed to be sesame chicken. The icing on the cake? They told me I’d be expected to pay for it. After 2 hours of being lied to I’m expected to pay for your mistake? Absolutely terrible customer service. I was excited to give this place business especially because it is local and I had heard the food was okay but after how horribly I was treated I will make sure to advise as many people as possible to stay away. Proceed to sever my child and my self some food began to feed my child and 5 minutes my 2 year old had loss bowel movement 10 minutes so did I didn’t think much of it till my husband arrived and opened the container to sever himself since I was still dealing with a sick baby he said they food smelled spoiled and that and in-fact it did I called the restaurant to let them know what had happened there responses was beyond infuriating they told me and I quote “ of course the food will be spoiled you ordered it in the morning “ I will be contacting the food and health service and will not be buy anything from here again they better pray my Two year ends up in the hospital for food poisoning they have another...
Read moreIt appears that North Harbor Bistro is under new management as we have never received the type of bad service we received today. We walked into the restaurant at approximately 2pm. When we walked in there was no one to greet us for over 3 minutes so we just found a seat ourselves. A waitress finally came out of the back by to bring us a menu to our table but she didn’t greet us or even say hello. She just put the menu’s down on the table and she just walked away. We never received any water or any drinks as she never asked what we wanted. We were seated for about 6 minutes when I raised my hand for her to come over to us but she just waived us off. After waiting 10 minutes my wife and I just got up and left. We never placed an order, got an any drinks, or even greeted. Will not be eating here again.
