I am a big fan of chick-fil-A and i was really excited to see one recently opened in Fry Road but I was wrong. Staff gave me very difficult time to place order, I place the same order (Luckily they still have my favorite sandwich in menu) always and it was so difficult for the person to understand my order. After several minutes finally I finished placing order so I reconfirmed the quantity of my order and the answer was yes. when I moved my car 1 another person approached to verify the order and suddenly she started like a fast machine I had to stop her due to the difficulty to understand such fast language so to make it convenient I told her let me tell you what I order and if different you can fix it. Finally she gave me a thumbs up to proceed for order pickup. When we received order we realized the items are missing and different items. I raised my concern to fix it but they gave me attitude with no apology as if they are doing a favor by taking money from me to delivery order. 1 item was completely missing and 1 item was wrong. So finally I learned my lesson not to visit this place ever again. FYI: We already launched a complaint as this was our 2nd time with bad experience at same place.

I rated the service one star, ‘cause no less options.ordered two spicy filets at 9:49 am 0ct 16. Picked it up curbside, fast as usual. Only feel like the filets so soft and thin. Can’t tell what’s the problem, just feel weird. Checked online, saying the standard filets should be 120 g/ piece ， but mine were 60g/ piece when I put them on scale at home. I called them and asked what is their standard， and the receipent explained that because that it was breakfast time，they did not have spicy filet， so they replace them with the nuggets from spicy chicken biscuit, which was much smaller. When i propose to bring them back for a full refund， they responded that i could keep the two tiny nuggets and get a full refund later. So far , i see no money back at all. Food is consistent, just like most Chick-fil-A locations. Always hot, good, and fast. Staff is on point. My order is always correct, without issues. I always use the drive thru, which is mostly fast and efficient. I've had a few issues in the drive thru, though. Once the drive thru staff couldn't figure out how to input the order of the car infront of me, which resulted in me being stuck in a line alot longer than I should of been, cars in other lanes flew by as I was stuck. In their defense, I think that person was new. The other times cars waiting on food in front of the pick up area of line had huge orders and blocked everyone else in line after we all had already gotten our orders, staff had to come out and tell them to move.
