Paul's Place — Restaurant in Cypress

Wish I could give ZERO stars! on 5/2/21 I received horrible customer service. I called in an order for 2 chicken sandwich combos with zuchinni and fries and a lamb greek salad the order was $43.88 and when I arrived to pick it up, was told I could only get 4 ranch dressings or I would have to pay more! To make things worse, an in dining customer came up to the register to ask for 2 more ranch dressings and they freely gave it to him no questions asked. **I have been a Paul's customer for over 10 yrs and have been to each location on a regular basis and was never treated like that before. My family used all the dressings for their sandwiches, zuchinni and fries and I am left with a salad with no dressing to eat. The "so called" manager had zero customer service skills and I was in the midst of cancelling the entire order for a refund due the the principal she was ready to process rather than trying to accommodate a regular customer. I have referred several families to Pauls place over the years and am so disappointed...

The fried zucchini you can tell it's fresh cut daily as well as the batter fresh made.. once you bite into one you'll know. The cheeseburger burger I thought I died and woke in heaven with a cheeseburger in my mouth it was that heavenly. The manager I can't say enough about her in this review... truly cares and appreciate her customers. Her management skills are over and beyond excellence...she is a great asset to the Paul's Place Corporation. After your arrival at Paul's Place just look at the surroundings outside very clean and once you enter Paul's Place you know there's a top notch Manager that means business. Okay. Can we talk about the onion rings? I love onion in general. These are nice thick slices of onion, which I appreciate to the fullest extent. I am not entirely sure of what kind of sorcery or magic they use, but I am all for it. The crunch is so satisfying. Really though, the fried zucchini. Oh geeze. The zucchini its cut into quarters. Its a big spear of deliciousness. The ranch is to die for. And it goes so well with the parmesan thats sprinkled over it. The chili cheese fries are soooooo tastey. I love mine with extra onion. Okay so finally, we have arrived at the bacon cheeseburger. Oh my lanta. So. These are thick slices of bacon. The kind of bacon grandma will make for you when you visit her house on a Sunday. I dont really know what else to say. My family has been coming to Paul's for years. And we have never had a bad experience or sub par food. Its always been absolutely phenomenal.
