Terrible. In the 15 years I’ve lived in this area, I have ordered from this Pizza Hut location 5 times. The first two times after ordering online, I was contacted 20-30 minutes AFTER my order was placed (and credit card charged) by the location to inform me that they were “out” of two ingredients I had chosen for my pizza… ingredients that are fairly common such as pepperoni and hamburger. Both times I canceled my order.
Some few years later, I attempted a third and fourth time to order online from this location, for delivery, and on each occasion, was given a confirmation number and my credit card charged. After over an hour later of seeing no movement updated on the tracker, (both times) I contacted the location and was told that they never received my order. When I informed them that my credit card had been charged, and a confirmation number given, they couldn’t explain why they hadn’t received my order, nor did they know what to do to help me out. Nor did they care. On both occasions, they were rude, and clueless. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company, (which cost me money,) for an issue that wasn’t even my fault…and that this Pizza Hut location couldn’t have cared less about.
Fast-forward approximately 4-5 years later, tonight, I decided to give them another chance hoping that in the 10 to 14 years maybe they would get it right. As the store location didn’t answer their phone, I placed my order online for delivery. A confirmation number was given and my credit card charged. After an hour’s time went by, and no movement seen on the tracker, I called this location 3 times before someone finally answered. It was the same story again….they had not received my order, even though I had a confirmation number and my credit card was charged.
The young child of a girl who answered the phone just laughed, apparently thinking this was funny, and said she was aware they had issues with online orders not reaching their location, but had no idea of what to do about it and she didn’t know what to tell me or how to help. Are Pizza Hut‘s managers this pathetic that they don’t train their employees?? She told me she could take my order over the phone and I repeat it back to her everything I had ordered and gave her the confirmation number which she rudely interrupted me and told me she didn’t need. She told me that there were no delivery vehicles available so she would have to contact DoorDash. She had no idea of how long that would take, and no idea of what I should do as I would now be charged TWICE for their incompetence. I hung up, and immediately called Pizza Hut customer service and filed a complaint with them but that was about as useless as well. I was informed that someone would “possibly” get back with me in 72 hours, and the original charge should drop off my card. After a little over an hour, my order arrived via DoorDash. Not only was it completely cold, tasted horrible, the pizza was wrong. I don’t know if all Pizza Hut locations are this awful, but this one is pathetic, HAS BEEN CONSISTENTLY pathetic, and needs to be shut down permanently or closed indefinitely for training of all...

I ordered three items - breadsticks, quepapas, & a large pizza. The pizza was thin crust, half with just cheese and the other half with three toppings. I specifically requested it be cooked "CRISPY/WELL-DONE." I received notification that my order had left the store and was on its way, and I remember thinking "Wow, that seems WAY too fast..." When it arrived I opened the pizza and found that it was nowhere near crispy or well-done - In fact, it had HARDLY been cooked AT ALL. The crust was actually SOGGY. I immediately called the store to request a replacement. The employee I spoke with placed me on hold so that he could speak with his manager, and then he came back on the line and said "I've been told that THERE'S NOBODY HERE THAT CAN HELP YOU WITH THIS, AND THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU TONIGHT. You'll just need to call and speak with a manager tomorrow." I remember saying "You REALLY can't just make me another pizza?? This is supposed to be my DINNER." And again I was told "You just need to call tomorrow." I then placed the UNCOOOKED pizza in MY OWN OVEN until it was actually COOKED. Not exactly what somebody plans on having to do when they have ordered pizza for delivery. The pizza actually came out of my oven EXACTLY the way I would have wanted it, so in a way maybe it was a good thing - but my point is that a PRACTICALLY UNCOOKED pizza should NEVER have been delivered, ESPECIALLY when the customer requested CRISPY/WELL-DONE. I hate to think of never using this store again, because we've never had such a LOUSY, UNPROFESSIONAL experience with them - but after last night's quagmire, I am VERY UNLIKELY to EVER order...

This is NOT a good location. They will certainly get your order wrong and the delivery time is always an hour or more....
I've ordered at this location many times in hope of them getting the order correct...for once...and they never have...
Every time...they've gotten it wrong...and will have attitude about it and never offer compensation.
At least twice I've paid for something and didn't receive it....I ordered 4 pizzas and they only brought me 3...I ordered a family size of pasta and I didn't receive the family size....
I asked for extra garlic butter and they didn't give me any at all...the pizza arrives dry and cold....crust hard and burnt.
When I called the order in...it's a call center so getting through to the actual store is almost impossible.... well I explained to the manager what happened the second time about my order asking him to rectify it and bring me my pasta and pizza....he said the driver was on the way...
3 hours later and the driver never showed up...I called back and asked him what happened 3 hours later he said I don't know I put that order in...then when I said wow this is awful and I can't believe you the manager would lie to me...he hung up the phone.
I would suggest that you don't order from this store Bc the service here is awful and disrespectful...you pay for items that you never receive and the store staff is extremely...
