If I could give this place 0 stars I would but I’ll guess I’ll have to give it a 1 star. Do not go to Jonathan if you come here. I miss the ladies that used to be here they were so nice and wouldn’t make fun of you. My mom came in and she was made fun of and asked when she got her nails done last. After saying maybe a month or two ago Jonathan said it seems like 18 months. Like how rude??? She’s a 50 year old woman who works daily and is always on her feet. Why would you even begin to say that? Then as he was cutting her cuticles he kept showing her how much dead skin there is rudely. The establishment is pretty small itself everyone can hear these comments. Then when she went for a face wax after he applied a long strip to her face. The face is the most sensitive part of your body. One wrong rip and you’ve teared part of your skin. You’re supposed to use small pieces. The original owner was great and did a wonderful job on my nails. Then she moved away and another woman took over. She didn't file my fill down enough at the cuticle making my nails look like glue-ons, so I nicely asked her to please file them more the next time I went in. She puffed up mad obviously, and didn't speak to me the rest of the time. That did it for me....never went back! This was the 3rd salon I've tried in the past 1.5 years and I'm about to try the 5th! The last one refuses to file my nails in the oval I want, rather making them too pointy. The last time she was talking to her other ladies the whole time she was filing and ALL my nails were filed crooked. I am beyond satisfied with this nail place and I recommend you give it a try; wonderful work, relaxing environment, friendly people and good prices. I hadn't had a pedicure for a while because I had lots of swollen spots on my toes and a lot of pain literally for years; moreover, my podiatrist recommended not to touch those areas. When I came to this place they told me they could help me and I was skeptical since my own doctor didn't have a good solution. So they were kind and patient and worked on my toes and the pain was gone, literally before I left, and it has not returned. My toe nails look beautiful and clean, and I am exercising without toe pain for the first time in years! No other nail place even attempted to help me with this. I am truly truly grateful and this will be my nail place from now on! I have miracle toes thanks...
