ABC Pizza House — Restaurant in Dade City

I told the Hostess we had left last Sunday, after being seated at the 1st 4-top for almost 10 minutes with no one even speaking to us after we were seated, so we got up to leave. As we were walking out, we told the Hostess that no one had talked to us since we were seated, so we were going somewhere else. We decided to try again today. We sat facing the main dining room and saw two big, empty tables full of dirty dishes. Our server was Liz who came right over and we ordered. As we ate, we saw that no one cleared the dirty dishes on the big tables ... like 30 minutes. The food was great, but the view, not at all. Noticed a large cash tip on the bigger table and told Liz and the waitress for that table went over and grabbed the money and just left all the mess. People were coming in to be seated at other tables around the mess. Still no one cleaned it up. I asked to speak to the Manager and a the same waitress came over and said she didn't have enough dishpans to pick up the dirty dishes. I said at least you can stack them up onto 1 table, by now another big table had left, so there were 3 large tables with dirty dishes. So she came out with a pan and started picking things up off each of now 3 tables, but cleaning none, as other people were coming in to be seated. She then left the filled pan sitting on the bench and began servicing patrons. Those 3 tables had dirty dishes on them for over the 1 hour we were there, which is crazy. Also, none of the toilets flush fully, which should be corrected. Not normally one to complain and have had no issues coming here over many years, but 2 times out of 2 tries in 2 weeks with issues in the main dining room is not good. Normally see the Owner in the store, but not tonight. Never met our waitress Liz before, but she did a fantastic job as our waitress and I will absolutely request her, if...

So, tonight. I was really looking forward to going to the new ABC Pizza in Zephyrhills. (This is only that location) New place, I had been to Plant City location and Dade City but today, utterly disappointed...first, the location is in a cramped area off 301. Parking is an animal. There's fencing blocking off and threating no parking and cars will be towed at owner's expense. Secondly, there was no direction once walking inside. I ordered over the phone and was told 30-45 minutes. No problem ok but when i arrived, I had to wait in the same line as patrons who were eating inside. There should be a hostess and some kind of direction. I was not happy but waited. Then, the girl who was trying to help me, could not find my order. It was utter chaos inside. $32 for a 3 topping pizza and the half baked chicken with potatoe wedges. The pizza looked small but okay, let's try. Came home and saw my wife's chicken. Was hoping for the best. So, the pizza was extremely greasy and not a good greasy either... smothered in cheese, I could not find my toppings. Next, the chicken looks more like a cornish hen and it lacked flavor. My wife said the lemon and spices were MIA. You would think Greek spices...The wedges were drenched in the lemon sauce instead. The salad, it came with was sorry. Had to doctor it up ourselves. The garlic bread was cold, stale and limp...not crispy or true garlic bread. I'm from the New England area and i know true pizza... this was far from it. Disappointed and disgusted. I gotta take an alka seltzer tonight. Over priced, disappointed for Greek food :( Not...

I was very impressed with this restaurant. I hadn't ever been here, and hadn't ever eat anything Greek. They have the best salad bar, I've ever eaten from at a pizza place. Everything was fresh and lots of options to pick from. The house dressing is absolutely delicious! My only complaint about the salad bar, was they didn't offer romaine but iceburg lettuce. Yet, it was still, delicious. The variety on the salad bar is amazing. The pizza/soup bar is also, top notch. The pizzas & slices on the bar are smaller than normal buffets. Yet, they have a wide variety to also pick from. They keep it well stocked and fresh. The soup looked amazing but I didn't have any this time. They also, had wings. Idk if this is something they do all of the time as I have only been this once. On a Saturday afternoon. The waitress, said the buffet was over at 3. The price was great too. My hubby & I had the buffet with coke and tea. Our bill was less than $22. So, you can't beat that for the quality of the food. The service, was also, outstanding. We were promptly greeted and seated. Promptly waited on as well. Our waitress was very attentive yet not over hearing which I highly value in a waitress. They were even short a waitress, leaving them with only 2 but they were great. The layout of the restaurant, was also very nice. The decor as well. I really enjoyed my dining experience there. I will definitely be going back and definitely recommend it. ABC is opening another restaurant in Zephyrhills. I hope it will be just as nice, and enjoyable. I'm anxious to...
