Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dade City

The ice machine was broke, I asked the what I could assume manager for a cup of ice, after a eye roll and scoff she grabbed me some ice. Unfortunately because the ice machine was broke the soda was hot and flat. The food was ok at best.

Ordered online for breakfast, went to the drive thru and was informed they are out of breakfast, when my husband asked for a refund we were told they can't give us one. We went to the front window to talk to a manager and was told to request a refund through the app. When my husband pointed out that there wasn't anywhere to request a refund the girl at the window just stopped talking and stood there . Finally I'm assuming what was a manager came up and just looked at us like she didn't understand the problem and literally just said "huh" so my husband explained to her what was going on she just stood there for a minute not saying anything then when my husband told her we are not leaving until we are refunded she finally gave us our money back. As someone who makes a living doing customer service I can't fathom treating a customer this way. "We're not giving you your food or money back bye" absolute joke. Don't come to this Taco Bell unless you want your time wasted , possibly not get your order and your money held hostage.

Walk-in. Stood in line waiting for 20 minutes. Both the order pads weren't right. Wouldn't accept pay. 20 mines later and 20 cars through drive thru later - they serves them bc we inside didn't seem to matter. He finally walks over from the window. I order the same thing, every time for my client. 1 Chicken power bowl with no lettuce, extra cheese and chicken. For months. It's her favorite thing. The past few months there's very little chicken and almost no cheese. I know the order is right bc they say it back. And never fails, the order is always wrong. Today, there was 3 working. 1 Window, then 2 cooking. Several customers waited behind me badter 20 min wait, it took 20 minutes to get her food. 40 minutes for a salad. The 3 people working did their job and were extremely busy. I don't blame them. But whoever hires, needs to add another person. Especially on a Friday. I rarely do reviews. Inside was clean and decent. But one guy was screaming at them to take his money so his order would go through. It's been like this Alot lately. But she's old and this is what she likes....
