KFC — Restaurant in Dade City

Last night on March 15th 2025 around 8:20 pm I went inside the Kfc in Dade City Florida on 301 because the drive thru line was too long, and I wanted to buy a 12 piece meal and a pot pie, they were trying to charge me for a 16 piece meal price. Since when is a 12 piece meal cost $46 dollars. The totol was going to be $60. The pot pie was $7dollars. They added about a extra $7 for taxes to my order. When I looked it up online, it's telling me that the 12 piece meal is $36 not $46. Plus the lady took my order without ringing it up and told me that the person at the drive thru window will be taking my payment. The person working the drive thru was taking orders for the cars at the drive thru. I think that I was about to be scammed by this employee. If anyone is looking at my review, please look online and know your prices before they over charge you. I don't know if the daytime employees run the store like this, but it was a very bad experience for me and my family last night. KfC in Dade City just lost a customer who really loves the food. Everyone who is reading this post please know your prices before buying. I only rated this experience a 1 star because I couldn't give it a 0 star rating. I am so disappointed at this store. This is the only major chicken food chain in Dade City. So you are telling me that I have to drive to Zephyrhills to get the right prices or even Popeyes in Zephyrhills. Or even Wesley Chapel. They need to turn this store into a Church's Chicken, where prices...

Previous Review Below... Boy How Times Have Changed!! Went through the drive-in this last week, ordered only 1 thing a 12 Piece Nugget. My husband asked at the window if he could have an extra one because he had never tried them. He understood that was ok. As we pulled out of parking lot and got into traffic I opened the box to give him one, that's when I noticed there was only 8 pieces. We had to get out of traffic, I went in to store explained the whole situation and the woman at the counter was most rude about the extra nugget. They don't do that she said. I again reminded her about having to drive back to get what I paid for and an extra nugget was the least she could do. And was she willing to lose a customer over a chicken nugget. Well I guess she was!! I asked for a manager and let him know that she was the most sarcastically sweet person I had ever met, just rude. And it was because of her that I would not be returning... EVER!! Now I did not yell or scream during this exchange but I was assertive in the fact that I should not be treated this way. I asked the manager for the corporate phone number he said it was on the receipt. It is not! There is a web address and the phone number to the store that they don't answer. Needless to say I am Very Disappointed in the whole situation. AND I WON'T BE BACK!!

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I WENT INTO THIS KFC AROUND 8PM AT NIGHT AFTER DRIVING OVER 20 MINUTES TO GET THERE BECAUSE THE KFC BY MY HOUSE WAS NOT SO Professional due to a family member having a food allergy to peanuts, I ordered a large 12 peace chicken tenders for 6 people to eat and I ordered 2 extra sides each (2 Mac an cheese, 2 coleslaw, 2 potatoes) they ended up giving me a tiny box of chicken tenders that one of the kids could have ate themself only 2 slides I asked and payed for and only 6 sauces when I asked for more sauce they complained and denied that I asked for my I was feeding 6 people the lady working was speaking under her breathe .. never did I get my extra Mac and cheese that I had to pay 3 dollars for not to mention the fact that the potatoes came in an unknown container that looked like they just went ad picked up from the dollar tree ! It's ridiculous and in professional I payed almost 50 dollars for poor service , lost about 5 dollars in Gas and it was just ridiculous never will I ever go back to...
