First off, I want to start by saying James, the store manager, is fantastic. I ordered $50 worth of pizza, and I have never ordered online prior; I didn't realize they use a third-party delivery company, which is door dash. I like to tip in cash; personally, well, the first door dasher stole our meal; they never brought it to us. I called the store, and the manager guided me to a number I could call; I talked to Doordash customer service, and they lied; they said the store still had my order and they were sending another driver on the way to deliver my order and I would be reimbursed %15 of my order for the inconvenience. I shortly received a text saying door dash had canceled my order. So I called the store again, and JAMES was terrific; he was apologetic, as we were both very displeased with door dash and how they handled business. He happily remade my entire order, which was ready in 15 minutes. I just quickly ran to the store for pick up, and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. Thank you for making my kids very happy! That was a stressful and unnecessary situation, and he completely turned the scenario around. From the time I ordered to finally picking up our food, the whole ordeal took two hours. Read moreI want to start out by saying, I live in Wesley Chapel. I choose to drive the distance to Dade city because food and staff here is always on point. I never had a bad experience at this location. One time, they ran out of the m&m cookie, I had used the portal to make my order. Once arriving the guy at the front apologized for any inconvenience and offered me a multitude of options even offering to call me the following day when they got them in.
So, I thought, alright sure, give me a call thank you! I was actually curious to see if he would hold to his word, due to my doubts with my experience at the Wesley Chapel location... To my surprise he called the following day and said I can come pick it up that he would make a note to staff about it. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Customer service!! I ofc didn't drive all that way because I do live near the interstate. But, I am pleasently surprised by the extent the staff are willing to go to for their customers. You all are appreciated and all are wonderful staff. Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers . You guys rock!

I picked double ham and pepperoni. Was told the price I asked prices 7.49 and 7.99 was confirmed by person on phone. Told her 20.00 sounded high but figured at arrival I would get the discount.
