Niaddi Flan — Restaurant in Zephyrhills

I’m officially in love with Niaddi Flan. I had a last minute Christmas work party to attend in which I needed to bring dessert so I called literally less than 24hrs before needing the flan. I spoke to the owner and he advised me they are closed Saturday, however he hear the desperation in my voice and told me he will call me back to let me know if he could make it happen. He called me back within an hour and said he could have my special order Jack Daniel’s private stock flan made and he would personally be at the location for me to pick it up. That speaks volumes about his customer service. He went out of his way to make sure what I needed was taken care of and that alone turned me into a loyal customer. I went the next day and picked up the flan, it was nicely packaged to avoid me from destroying it before heading to the party. Got to the party with the flan and discovered 2 other people had already brought flan. The dessert table had maybe 20 different desserts. To my surprise by the end of the night the 2 other flans weren’t enough touched but the flan from Niaddi’s was finished. Everyone from the party raved how delicious the flan was. The next morning I checked my emails and I had coworkers emailing me asking where I got it from that they want to try other flavors. Let’s just say it was the topic of the night. I organized a little gathering of the tribal goddesses at my new home to showcase the home and the hood. Obviously food and beverage were involved! I recently learned about the exceptional flan made right here in Zephyrhills through the ABC News article. Since it's a new home in zephyrhills, it's only appropriate that I serve some specialty item from zephyrhills. So the article couldn't have been more timely. I called and spoke with Joe lopez. I bought nine individual servings three original Three Cafe Con leche three mango... None of us are big kumquat fans (that's their fourth option). All of them were very very good. The customer service level is exceptional! The vote from the group was mango being the best. So glad I ordered dessert from the Niaddi! Will definitely look to them again for future dessert opportunities. I highly recommend these desserts...

Joe is very passionate about his flan and it shows. He has created versions of his flan for customers that have allergies so that they could enjoy this amazing treat. He has made a select few flavored flans and each of them are great! I have watched people say "I hate flan" and then when they try Niaddi's Flan, they are hooked! Keep up...
