Bakery items were disgusting I asked if the brioche pumpkin stuffed donut had a good amount of filling . It had little to none and the donut bun was not sweet it was awful. My mom didn’t like the flavor of the coffee it was bitter she asked for something different she said” oh if she doesn’t like the flavor I’m going to have to charge her for a new one”. We will never be going back again! It’s a shame because they are local and I love supporting small businesses. They are not friendly and the hospitality/ customer service is why I go to small businesses. The decor was cute!
Response to “owner” : So I think their is some confusion on what we ordered I ordered a chai latte with whole milk and chantey (some additional flavor syrup like cinnamon she said) my mom ordered a cappuccino with MAPLE 🍁 that we paid for! Also she got a cookie and I ordered a brioche pumpkin bun. I asked prior “ hey is this filled with a good amount of filling not a drop if so it’s ok I just don’t prefer those. She said no ours has a lot (check the audio). I said oh ok good! So as you see on the footage I opened it and it’s not even a teaspoon of filling! I showed the cashier and she was like omg that has any I’m sorry we have a new baker. Then she proceeded to give me another one but it was the same batch from the same baker. So not to my surprise it was the exact same outcome. My mom ordered a sweetened Cappuccino I heard her. She received it and it was really bitter I proceed to try it to see if she wanted more sugar or how I could help. But it was bitter not smooth it just need more milk my mom insisted it was the syrup that was off putting. I asked the lady to remake it she told me no she would have to charge me if she does not like the flavor ( why would she say that if we didn’t pay for flavored syrup… ) Her exact words , I said oh can you just addd more milk? It’s just really bitter, She then added steamed milk! Do not discredit my experience or say I wanted anything FREE, I just wanted what I PAID for! How dare you, an apology when have sufficed. That just proves my point you guys customer service is terrible. You have room to grow and improve admit your wrong and do better. And of course our exchange was pleasant me and my family are from the south, ( not Florida) were hospitality is in our dna. Have a blessed day, take...
