My husband and I have been shopping with Kiefer's for many years. He has always suprised me every year for the past 10 years with a Birthday gift from Kiefers. And seeing as my birthday is in late January as is our Anniversary and then comes Valentine's day. I usually got something very nice for all. (I could pick one big item or he would get me 3 smaller items) He truly suprised me in 2009 when he came home for my birthday with a beautiful multi-colored sapphire and diamond bracelet. I was completely blown away by its beauty. Then for my birthday and anniversary he took me to Kiefer's and told me to pick out whatever I wanted. Of course we discussed this. I found a most beautiful one of a kind diamond ring to replace my wedding set, which I had been wearing for 16 years. It sure was worth the wait. Sadly he was diagnosed with cancer in 2007 but did not get sick until the end of 2010. I lost my best friend in the entire world on March 1, 2012 to cancer. But I will always have the most beautiful jewelry he purchased for me from Kiefer's Village Jewels in Dade City, Florida to wear as remembrance of him along with lots of wonderful memeories. I continue to shop at Kiefer's because they have a superior product with superior styles than other Jewelers. The employees have always treated us like family. They remember your name and follow up with you. This is such a nice touch. You can tell that they want your return business and care about you. Not like other jewelry stores. They get your business one time and never care if they see you again. I will only shop at Kiefer's for my jewelry needs and no where else. I love that they make me feel special. Thank you Kiefer's for putting out a great product with...
Read moreBrought my rings in to be remade into a 25th anniversary 3 stone ring. I had ideas in my head of what I wanted, and worked with Bob Blair on the design process. Bob listened patiently as I described what I was wanting to do, along with the importance of using all my diamonds from my original wedding set, along with my Mom’s diamond ring. I told him I wanted to keep my wedding ring a sentimental ring, by adding my Mom’s to mine. He created the design I had in my head, all the while offering his expertise on ways to make my diamonds stand out, suggestions on thickness of the bands, and ways to make the most out of the materials I brought him to work with. I picked up my ring yesterday, and was amazed at how exact the actual ring looked as compared to the design mold! It is exactly as I had envisioned in my head, and is even more beautiful today than yesterday! Although it has a completely different look to it, it feels just like the ring I’ve worn for the past 25 years, except now my Mother’s presence is even closer to me now that our rings are combined into one. I have bought jewelry from Kiefer’s over the years, and they were my first pick when deciding to do a custom ring. Bob was awesome to work with, he knows his job well and is so easy to talk with. I would highly recommend Bob and Kiefer Jewelers to anyone needing...
Read moreI came into the store last week to get a clasp on the chain of my necklace soldered. I was apparently given back the medallion to my necklace before the chain was taken back, and without my recollection, I subconsciously placed it in my pants pocket. When I went to pick up my chain a few days later, I was greeted and helped by Stephen who was very kind. I was given my chain back sans medallion. I asked to speak to Les. Les came over after he had finished helping some customers, and I asked Les to look for my medallion and to review the security footage to see where it may have gone (having thought I did not possess the medallion myself). Les was SO polite and told me he would have to speak to the other employees that had been working that day, and that he would review the security footage. He was SO, SO professional and cordial toward me. I can't thank him enough for his behavior toward me in this moment, since I went home later that night, checked my pants pocket and found my medallion! Thank you, Les and Stephen, for your kindness and professionalism toward me. THIS is how a...
