This Dunkin is 3min from my house so it’s super convenient for me to go to in the morning. That being said I come to this dunkin a lot. So far they are the only Dunkin that can make my drink and my food right , but you have to wait 10-15 min every time before you get anything. I was there yesterday there was only one other car in the drive through and maybe one person inside. I pull up to order and they said they would be with me in just one minute. 5 minutes goes by and they finally take my order. It feels like to me every time I’m come to this location I have to wait for long amount of time. And it’s not that they are bad workers because again it’s worth it to come here because they know how to make my drink but I think Dunkin might need to do a little better on training their employees to multitask. It’s should not take over 5min each time I come to even get my order and then I have to sit in line for another 10 because they aren’t getting people out of the drive through fast enough. (I think because I'm so specific) my coffee has tasted consistently pretty good. The coffee lids frequently drip coffee onto my white work shirt, though that's a corporate supply issue. (Tip: Other locations will wipe down a drippy cup with a napkin before handing it out.) Speaking of napkins! I always HAVE TO ask for a couple napkins at the window; the owners must not have enough revenue to hand them out to every customer, so they hoard them. The "napkins" I do receive are usually "paper towels" though, which is a little weird. But despite all that, the only actual reason I drive a little further to the Dahlonega location?
