Five stars — they deserve every one!

I’ve gone to this Cold Stone three days in a row — yeah, it’s that good. The ice cream speaks for itself (Rocky Road with extra marshmallows is chef’s kiss), but what really keeps me coming back is the people. The owners and managers are just amazing — genuine, welcoming, and they really know how to treat their customers.

I even called at 9:30 PM (they close at 10), and instead of brushing me off, they said, “Come at 10 — we’ll serve you.” That blew me away. They didn’t rush me, didn’t act bothered — just straight-up kindness and professionalism.

I also tried the Berry Berry Good and, of course, the Gotta Have It size… because seriously, you gotta have it.

Please support this place. These folks are doing it right. God bless them, and I truly hope their business continues to...

This place is a sugar addict's nightmare. The ice cream is so good that each time I bring my kids, all of the other folks in line have a embarassed look on their face like they've been there too many times that day already. Seriously, they are going to put every other ice cream parlor out of business. Their product and variation selection is outstanding. Not a good experience today with this cold stone. Both girls failed to mix in the toppings into the ice cream. In mine, they were all gathered in the same spot in the ice cream, could not take a bite with everything I ordered in it and my sister ordered a recess cup in her ice cream and they left it completely whole and didn’t even break it up. On top of that they are promoting a buy one get one free creations when you sign up for their rewards.. we signed up new on both of our phone numbers and they didn’t give us the promotion.
