,👎🏼 So I wonder if the owner of this Taco Bell knows just how much money is being refused and turned away by the closing staff. Out of maybe six or eight visits I have been turned away twice about 10 minutes before closing. I believe this is the first fast food restaurant that I have ever experienced refusing to take my money 10 minutes before closing time. And I was not the only one as there were other customers turned away as well . Both times. With a little arithmetic and figuring that this happens 7 days a week, after a year this comes out to over 60 hours of refusing money. I don't think this is considered a good business practice. I think you can collect a lot of money in 60 plus hours. Instead, now you just have disappointed customers that will give this restaurant a bad rep and not want to come here and spend any money. I'm thinking 3 to 5 customers times seven times 52 and the number of hangry upset customers who are racing out of the parking lot to go find a Snickers is approaching 1500. Mucho dinero amigos , and don't forget the zesty side order of bad reputation slathered with the freshly prepared, home made unmotivated and uncaring closing employees. Super combo deal. Returned in 2024, ordered same, chalupa crust seemed watered, was dripping with dry areas of bread exposed. As far as service it wasn't much better. Cashier didn't bother to relay price, when I got to dt window she put her hand out without quoting a price. I caught it on screen on my way around, I handed her exact amount, she dropped the change wrapped inside bills, went to deposit money into register and looked like a deer in headlights, put hand back out for amount missing that she dropped, never Apologizing or offering to retrieve. I couldn't open door due to car position. Was very awkward and unprofessional. I blame the management, all 3 college students were clearly not shown proper customer service routines, food handling precautions, acceptable food for plating. Read moreThis must be the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Every single time they get my order wrong. Every single time! Not large orders and not when they are busy. There can be nobody in line and I order 2 items and they get it wrong. I do not understand it. I had to go back 2 times because they got my taco wrong. I order ordered a chicken chalupa no sour cream and what do you know they put sour cream on it… that’s fine mistakes happen even though I told her 3 times no sour cream so I go back to the drive through. Tell them hey you got my order wrong they say okay pull around and I get my order. I open it up and it has no sour cream in it but now has beef in it instead of chicken. No cars nothing they were not busy whatsoever. This is just one example but without fail every single time I go here they mess something up.
