AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Dallas

Well, just as an update, I just left there about 15 minutes ago, it is June 14th 2023, at 5:10PM. I had a set of windshield wipers in my hand waiting to check out, two of the cashiers were speaking to other people, which I understand is normal. There were three other people standing around looking at me and offering no help whatsoever! I guess I have to ask people at the AutoZone in Dallas to do their job. I mean, you would think that when three people are looking at you and you're standing there with an item in your hand at the cash registers that somebody would at least indicate that they are a cashier and are willing to check you out, but no. Just when you think they couldn't screw it up, they did. I went to the Napa up the road, and was in and out of there in under 5 minutes with very friendly and helpful customer service asking me what I needed and if they can look it up for me.

If I could give them a zero star I would. This review is not because of the store but because of a bad online order experience. I ordered stuff to be picked up at the Blakely PA store and when I got the confirmation email it was set to pick up in Dallas PA. I never clicked on Dallas and Blakely was listed on the order so when I called Dallas they said all they could do was cancel the order which they did without even confirming the order then when I called customer service they could not even say or apologize for the store jumping the gun. A few weeks ago, I left work from Crystal Vision Center( thankfully across the street from Auto Zone.) I hit a nail or something that put a hole in my tire, it was completely flat. I'm not from this area and I'm not familiar to anything around. So I was a little nervous. But!! Then I received the best treatment. Im so very grateful to Auto Zone for helping me, they sold me a tire plug and filled my tire FOR ME!! Very very nice people and they went beyond their duties to make sure I was ok.
