We visited Peking Chef on a Friday night around 6:30 p.m. There were two tables occupied, so there was plenty of seating. The tables were a bit sticky due to the disinfectant applied to the surface. The egg drop soup was very good, as was the pork hot and sour soup. Other than that, the remaining meals were disappointing. The General Tso's chicken was tangy, yet lacked the pepper flavor associated with the dish. Also, there was hardly any chicken within the battered pieces. The side of pork fried rice had specks of pork mixed in, and the addition of corn overpowered the overall flavor. The Pad Thai was also lackluster. Although it had all the necessary ingredients, the flavor was off, and didn't really taste like Pad Thai. It is very unlikely that we'll return. It was obvious that corners were cut, and the meals had the taste and consistency of something you would buy in the frozen section of the supermarket.

I ordered General Tsp’s Chicken Pecking chef style because it said not battered (see photo). When I called to say they gave me a fried version they said no that’s how it always comes. I explained their website says something different and asked for a steamed chicken instead. The owner said we are sorry but we will not swap it out. They also gave me the wrong noodles which they acknowledged the mistake on and said they couldn’t swap out either. After 10 minutes on the phone asking for a refund, they said no and to contact the website. When I researched the website it says any issues contact the restaurant. Apparently they really need the money more than customer service. Worst part, I gave them a tip to help out a local business. I’ll head back across the road to Shang Hi, they have better crab Rangoons according to my wife, anyway. What a joke of a Wednesday and a waste of money.

Above average Chinese food, very clean establishment. Always have some doubts when trying new places, but this place did not disappoint. Got the imperial beef and chicken with broccoli. Portions aren’t that big, but will definitely fill you up! Food very fresh! Would definitely make my new fav take out spot.

Fantastic bottle of Coke. It was the only thing they forgot to microwave but im glad theyre saving money only giving a half a glass of ice. They also put on a fantastic show. You could hear the chefs and the staff screaming the entire meal. What fun! And wow did our food come out fast. If you're looking for a rustic restaurant that looks like the health department should have shut it down in the 1950's, look no further. Perfect for the Halloween season, the lights even began to flicker throughout our meal every time the beep from the microwave in the back was turned on. The menus are duct taped together so your kids will love playing with them and they even have a disclaimer inside the menu saying they can change the price of anything on the menu when you go to pay. It's a thrill to discover the amount the're charging you after you eat. Plus, there's a 3% fee for using a credit card. I can see why they charge the 3%...microwaves and the electric bill must be really expensive and this place really needs the help. In total, we got two meals and our bill was $60. It's a shame so many people came to the front door, looked in, and ran away from the place when we were inside. I think they're missing out on a truly...

Yesterday I went here to order takeout and today I opened up the review section and was looking at the reviews when I saw this review talking about how the prices increased. I recall overhearing a couple talking about how all the prices increased. The lady explained to them nicely on how everything is very expensive right now. If you went to a supermarket the prices are going to be higher than usual. They accepted it and said "I understand everything is expensive right now". If they said they understood I don't know why they wrote a review this morning saying how the lady was rude and saying the prices were too high. This kind of behavior is disgusting. I don't understand why you can't be more kind. The lady never forced them to buy the food, if they thought the prices were too high they should of just cancelled the order before paying. I saw the lady explain everything to them and they gave her the card to pay for it. My family and I have been here many years and the food is always delicious and lady in the front is always nice...

Not a good dining experience especially for a 60 dollar meal for 2 adult and 1 child ….the place was freezing ..we had to leave our coats on ….we were placed in a booth next to a bright red light (think Kenny rogers roaster) …my son spilled a water accidentally across the table which ended up on my husbands lap ..the waiter came over and did help clean it up with our cloth napkins ….he took cleared the mess however didn’t bring a new water and no more napkins until we asked him another time …the “napkins” (which will now be a joke in our house ) were 3 half paper towels …meanwhile my husbands lap is still soaked ..we asked him for more cloth napkins and this seemed to be a huge argument with the woman at the counter and waiter …so this time comes back with 2 half paper towels and a dishrag ? Oh and the chicken was so chewy I had to spit it out in one of the 2 half paper towels …the waters tasted like soap or something weird …it didn’t seem like they wanted dine in business so they will get their wish we will...
