It is most unfortunate, in this day and time, from the corner store cobbler (shoe repairman) to the Deli, people do not take pride in their work or skill. The Katyl Brothers are HORRIBLE REPAIRMEN! MORE LIKE DEMOLITION WORKERS. I SUPPOSE IT WAS ONE OF THE BROTHERS WHO CAME TO FIX MY 6 MONTH OLD TELEVISION. A MANUFACTURING DEFECT OF THE ANTENNA WAS THE JOB. THIS KATYL BROTHER DROPPED MY TELEVISION AND CRACKED THE SCREEN. THEN HAD THE GAUL TO SAY; HE DOESN'T THINK!! HE DID IT! LIED ABOUT DROPPING THE TV. THEY DO NOT DESERVE 1 STAR. OH!! AND THE'RE AN OUTSOURCE...

The technician called me the next day after I spoke with Samsung and identified the problem over the phone . Ordered the part and arranged to repair when the part arrived. He was quick and made sure everything worked properly before leaving great hassle...
