im currently waiting an hour for the person who can take orders because he's on break and won't be back for that entire hour. I ordered a Margherita pizza and it came out with sun dried tomatoes, I asked the chef to please remake it with fresh tomatoes and he told me no that he could not do that so I offered to pay for a whole new fresh one and he told me no and proceeded to argue with me inside the restaurant in front of customers. I politely asked for my money back and still he said he didn't have access to the computer. the only people here are the chef and the waitress. I cant understand how this is possible. a simple pizza made over would have solved the problem but the chef insisted that he couldn't make it over. I hope the owners of this establishment see this and correct this problem for future customers. it has now been a bit over an hour and im still waiting for my refund.
part 2. 2 hours later, the manager arrives and once I tell him that I've been here 2 hours now waiting for a refund he tells me that their policy forbids him for giving out refunds and that he will remake it for me at a 10% discount. all this after he tells me that he believes me and sides with me. I won't bash their food but on customer service and the manner in wich i was treated people should not help encourage this type of behavior. their are so many other options to chose from and im certain they will be polite curtios and not be threatened by having the police called on them. please dont support...
Read moreI must begin by saying I am super into nutrition and maintaining a fit body, so originally my only need to visit this shopping plaza was for the nutrition store that stands along the same side as the pizzeria. By saying this, means to note I also understood at the time eating pizza to be, outside the scope of my nutrition goals. I had reached a level of personal discipline and commitment I've never successfully completed before. However, what I learned along my fitness journey, nutrition is more about ingredients, preparation and how something is cooked, its also about the amount of consumption. A fitness pal of mine told me he often grabs a slice from Brooklyn Pizzeria. My eyes opened wide and mouth began to water thinking of having a slice of pizza, something I hadn't eaten in almost 2 years. Now I eat there all the time, the food is great and hand made with careful attention to the ingredients. I highly recommend grabbing an entire pie for your family or like me, dinning in to enjoy a slice as often as you can! 5 stars...
Read moreThe cashier was very friendly, listen & took down our order correctly .
My husband ordered pizza & I ordered then lasagna meal with salad.
The soda brand is good quite comparable to coke cola brand.
My husband enjoyed his pizza & had leftovers the next day. I tried a bite . It was very good. Nice thin. If love very very thin pizza then you will love this place .
My lasagna was good but different. I thought tomato was too big of pieces for my taste. But it was still delicious. I was little sad that it didn’t contain ricotta cheese in it.
My salad was good too . I normally like a lot of onion on my food . But I thought they put too much onion on my salad . That a statement for me. Couldn’t finish it my salad because of it.
So if you get salad here be sure to tell them easy on the onions.
We both enjoyed & we gladly...
