I wanted to give a big shout out to Conner. My wife had stopped by earlier in the evening to pick up 2 prescriptions for me. When I got home, I noticed a big discrepancy in the price of one of the prescriptions. We don’t have traditional insurance, but we have the Gold Good Rx savings card and the price she paid seemed out of the norm for what I had been paying previously. My wife called the store and left a message for someone to call her back to discuss the pricing. Within 20 minutes or less, she received a call from CVS. I answered the call and Conner was on the phone. I begin to describe the issue to Conner and he started looking into it. He asked me how long we had been signed up and based on what I could tell, it had been almost 2 years. He noticed an issue on his side and asked me to verify the member id. He was able to determine that Good Rx had changed our member id in our savings card, but they had an old member id.
He asked me to bring in the paper work and he would adjust the pricing with the new member id. Below is the initial pricing my wife was charged and the pricing after Conner updated the member id.
Initial price - $236.46
After member id updated - $61.50
This was an AMAZING savings. The little bit of effort it took for him to listen to my issue and then investigate potential issues, was able to save me a tremendous amount of money on this prescription. I am truly appreciative of his kindness and his willingness to make me a priority and help me resolve my issue in such a timely manner.

Read moreNothing I will never use this location again. It took 8 hours for them to fill my prescription. First time I went to pick it up they had no record of it. Called my dr back they called it in at 2 pm I went there at4 pm to pick it up no record. Called the dr who was on hold for and the pharmacist hung up on her twice. Then she had to talk to the manager. I went again at 8 30 at night still was not done. The staff was very rude and the manager was very rude. It's not my fault your understaffed and your the only pharmacy opened this late. It should not take 8 hours to get your prescription filled. Glad it was not a life or death situation or I would be dead for sure. I will not return to this location or even cvs. I will find a better pharmacy that takes my insurance. This is a dirty...

While the store itself provides a positive experience with personable and helpful employees like Kendrea and the other managers, the pharmacy services leave much to be desired. My interactions with pharmacist Prisca have been incredibly disappointing - she comes across as rude, dismissive, and inconsiderate, showing a lack of concern for patients' needs. It's disheartening to see such low quality service in a place meant to provide essential medication and care. I only hope that the corporation is aware of the negative impact that individuals like Prisca can have on their reputation.
