Me and my partner went here for lunch because we saw that there was “vegetarian” menu items on the website, when we got there it was very pretty inside and there were quite a few people, we sat down and were given menus and it was all just fine, waiter took a little bit but they were busy and it was ok. When our waiter took our order or arroz chino, plantains, and drinks we asked if there was any meat in the arroz and the server just said it was “Chinese rice” I assumed me she understood our question and was just saying there was no meat and it was just typical Chinese rice, we waited about twenty minutes and had other people who came in after us fully served with drinks as well and thought maybe our food was just taking a little longer because of ingredients, when we got our food there was obviously meat and we clarified that we cannot have meat as we are vegetarian, our waiter said “ah ok” and went back to the kitchen and had our order remade, we waited another 10-15 minutes and she came out with less meat in the food but still bacon which is obviously not vegetarian, they also took out the original vegetables in the dish. We said can we just order something else because it seemed like they could not modify this dish which was I guess ok, she told us there were no vegetarian items on the meal menu. why did you guys specify there were vegetarian items on the menu when when we went in person an actual server first off, didn’t seem to know what being vegetarian was and also said there were no dishes that could be considered vegetarian? Our server also knew there was bacon in the food the second time around and just said sorry fully aware that she brought us food we could not eat, we were also we believe charged for something the waiter basically ordered for us, she recommended the cheese fries and I said oh no thank you and then She...

I don’t like to do this but i have to let people know so they don’t make the mistake of coming to this place, i felt so disappointed and very disrespected. I ordered 2 empanadas as an appetizer and they were old , stale, & cold . Took one bite and left it. I asked for a plate of chicarrones and they brought me a plate of masitas de puerco that was reheated, also a meal called cachapa (was horrible because it was reheated with cold sheared cheese with a reheated arepa and shredded cold meat). Well aleast we tried to enjoy this reheated cold, old food. Then when it was time to pay the waitress showed up with a card machine and said 82$ dollars. (No Recipe, no nothing and said tip was included). Very unprofessional and very shady. I will never come here again.

No me gusta hacer esto pero tengo que avisarle a la gente para que no cometan el error de venir a este lugar, me sentí muy decepcionado y muy irrespetado. Pedí 2 empanadas como aperitivo y estaban viejas, rancias y frías. Le dio un mordisco y lo dejó. Pedí un plato de chicarrones y me trajeron un plato de masitas de puerco recalentadas, también una comida que se llama cachapa (estaba horrible porque estaba recalentada con queso rallado frío con arepa recalentada y carne fría deshebrada). Bueno, al menos intentamos disfrutar de esta comida vieja, fría y recalentada. Luego, cuando llegó el momento de pagar, la camarera apareció con una máquina de tarjetas y dijo 82 dólares. (Sin Recibo, sin nada y dijo que la propina estaba incluida). Es un falta de respeto de que yo no pueda escoger que propina le quiero dar y que la mesera ponga loque ella quiera?? Que frescura y falta de ética . Muy poco profesionalismo y muy turbio. Nunca volveré a venir aquí. Horrible...

The owners and wait staff were super sweet on explaining everything. Their guava juice is amazing here. All of the menu items look amazing. Lots of options. If you want to step out of the ordinary food come here and try some really good Venezuela food. I got their carna asada dinner dish with sweet plantain and queso. Amazing!! So much food. I will be back to try some of their other dishes. I thought this place was just a bakery but this is a full on restaurant, bakery and mini super market with a fresh...
