Highly recommend this particular Tom Thumb pharmacy. The staff are amazing, especially Willie. We absolutely love Willie .They always make sure to have my medications in stock. Meds Ive been on over 15 years that have given me my life back. I broke my back in 4 places from a Jeep rollover accident when I was 26 (1996) it's left me with 24/7 debilitating pain. Most pharmacies treat chronic pain sufferers like addicts and all you get is judgement. Not at this pharmacy .I've always been treated with care and respect. These meds have allowed me to do things with my kids that I wouldn't be able to do without them. I would be bedbound otherwise. Being I fill these meds every month they make sure to have them in stock. I've never gotten a side eye, or a why do you do need these meds, or a you shouldn't be taking these medications. It's hard enough finding Dr.s that will treat pain ,but luckily for me the only 2 doctors in over 15 years have cared enough to give me my life back. Then we have the secondary issue with pharmacies getting these meds and actually filling them. I just can't recommend this pharmacy enough, even if it's not for the meds I'm taking they are just the best. Friendly, caring ,hardworking, compassionate, go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Skip CVS and use Tom Thumb . Oh and for every 5 or 6 (can't remember which) prescriptions filled you get a %20 off coupon for groceries, which is just an added bonus with how expensive groceries are. I give them 10/10 on...

My previous review was on the store & their stale expired items. My error. Not meant for their RX dept. The RX staff has been exceptional since they took over Albertsons in my experiences since 2021. Today was no exception. One expects efficient customer service by phone. I inquired about an item only sold in pharmacies. Young lady was helpful. Even suggested for the brand I prefer to call around. Also let me know their shipment was back ordered. Well compared to Walgreens on Midway whom left me on ring around the store. And the piss & venigar staff @Krogers whom take a combative stance for absolutely NO reason also on Midway. TOM THUMB RX staff is top notch in store & on the phone. John the male pharmacist thinks he’s doing you a favor by filling your Rx. They always want you to go shopping first and I don’t like Albertsons high prices and stale dated products or about ready to expire. I’m not going back there anymore. CVS sells pseudoephedrine at 20 @ 120 mg a box, Albertsons sells only 10 and John said he sorry couldn’t sell me “a boat load of pseudoephedrine”. It could be used for meth-amphetamine....
