Burger King — Restaurant in Dallas

I've been going to this Burger King location for over 8 years now. And Burger King since I was a kid. I've had some order issues before, which is to be expected, but nothing that would keep me from going back. I have been here more than 100 times I know.

I like how clean the employees keep the dining area. I remember the first few days when they got WIFI. There were times when I needed to use WIFI for directions when my cell phone service was off.

There were times when my phone died, so I went here to charge my phone so I can ride the bus because the bus pass was on my phone. The employees never bother me.

I eat food, drink soda, use the restroom, charge my phone, and even use my laptop, which I did today. I had a big meal.

The service is awesome. I plan to go back pretty soon.

There seems to always be great additions to the menu. Always something new, or former deal that come back. Seasonal deals?

I love that they offer ice cream cones and sundaes. Burger and ice cream sundaes are an awesome combinations.

They even accomodate my request for a strawberry sundae with the stuff they use in strawberry shakes since they stopped selling them directly.

I enjoy this locations.

The biggest seller for me was when I used to receive Burger King coupons in the mail. I did my best to use all of them.

What sucks about that is I ate twice the food I normally would with the coupons that offer 2 meals for a great price similar to that of one but I ain't complaining.

Food was amazing and everything seem great we ate the train your dragon whoppers x2 meals with the ice cream got a 2 kids meal with nuggets and also a regular whopper with cheese and the new mozzarella sticks and a double cheeseburger meal, when we left a girl put our sprite that we left on the table outside the door I decided to go get it and asked her why she would place it outside, she replied with we don't even sell that here and why would I leave it on the table I told her we forgot it she then said I needed to clean up after my self and I told her is that the way you talk to customers I know I'm not at a five star Restaurant and I'm at a Burger King but she should not talk that way to customers I ask her what her name was she replied with BROOK and I AM THE MANAGER BY THE WAY I asked her if she was serious and she had 100 different looks on her face I told her she should lead by example and be a good roll model for her employees she immediately said I should be a good example for my kids and clean up after my self. It was me my wife and our 2 year old child plus her sister and her two kids and there other younger sister. We all cleaned the table and left a sprite and an unopened ranch . She went and said have a good night and i said have a good day also asked if she's picking up the sprite. All this over leaving a sprite...

It seems like a trend for the fast food establishments on this strip of road to all have less than desirable service/quality of food. I go here often as it is the closest BK to where I live, but I am currently sitting in another BK parking lot after driving here because this location was "CLOSED". When I asked what they meant because they advertise as 24 hours, they mentioned something to me about closing the register and that it would be 10-15 minutes before they could take my order. If your going to post your hours, but not commit to them you need to rethink how you run your business. Please either adjust the store hours to reflect this or find a way to not shut down the entire operation over counting the cash drawer. There should be more then one active drawer if you completely stop orders for this time period just to go through the process. I don't have a degree in business management, but that seems more like a common sense issue. I would say only go to the location if you have to...otherwise drive the extra bit to get better service and them NOT telling you the order you placed cant be upgraded when it can...otherwise how would I have a receipt from a previous BK on my that shows you hit a tiny button and make the drink a large for $.40...but seems like they have a lot of issues on...
