I ordered the chicken nuggets meal, and it was disgusting. It tasted like vapor rub or had some type of minty taste, so I returned it for a refund. I went through the drive-thru and told Chris that I wanted a refund because my food tasted odd. I gave Chris my food back. He returned with only a partial refund of $5, even though my meal was $10. I asked him why I only received $5 back, and he told me it was because I had eaten the fries, so they would only refund me for the nuggets. It's unbelievable! Also, while he was talking, he was just laughing at me like it was a joke. I told him I didn't finish my fries because my meal was nasty. I informed him that if they were not going to give me my full refund back, then they should give me my fries back! He just walked away without saying anything. I assumed he went to go and talk to the manager because they were wearing a gray shirt. They were just dismissing the issues and laughing about the incident. Chris came back with my full refund. It was only a sandwich. But it was also the illusion that maybe, just maybe, today wouldn’t be another loss. Instead, it becomes proof that even in small things, life finds a way to break me.
Not every day is a win. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for reminding me that today was...
Read moreThis is the second time in less than a month that the drive thru forgets food associated with my order. Forgot my daughters fries in her kids meal. Not only that I ordered a second kids meal with fruit as the side. I'm about to give the fruit to my 1 year old and there is freaking mold on the fruit. Now it all makes sense. I went Monday for a salad and ended up with minor food poisoning later that night. That was the only thing I ate that day. Definitely will not be back here. We tried calling and what would you know they don't answer the phone. There needs to be new management and new protocol how how to track produce and when it can and can not be served. Dallas health and food safety needs to audit...
