Uncomfortable and unpleasant all around. I dont usually leave bad reviews due to one experience but I was treated very poorly here today by the cashier. She had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude to me, yet very nice to everyone before and after me and my co-worker in the order line. She made a point to show us that she was treating us this way on purpose.
We were still looking over the menu and standing back far from the counter, out of the railings which mark the ordering line. She apparently asked if we were going to order, but I didn't realize she was talking to me until I heard, "Guess not." She proceeded to do other things for several minutes and ignored me on purpose when I came up to the register. I said Hi and she didn't say a word, but just looked at me. She gave one word commands and asked one word questions, quite disrespectfully, before taking her time getting our order and leaving it sitting on the counter a while longer. She kept her body between me and my food container as she was selecting which tenders to give me, so she was likely doing something to my food, too. The manager was apologetic when I complained in front of the cashier, but that's just not good enough. The cashier also was singing and made a point to come clean tables and sweep right next to me as I ate my sub-par meal. She intentionally made me uncomfortable with her childish actions on top of disrespecting me multiple times. That cashier has no business being the face of this business that customers see, and she obviously has a lot of growing up to do. The food was also overpriced and quite mediocre. I will never return to this Popeyes, and likely neither to any other. Awful experience!!! Pass...
Read moreOrdered on my phone, and it said my "order was ready", so I drove 10 minutes to the location....only to be told to park, where I waited for 5 minutes(defeating the purpose of placing a mobile order on my phone).
I ordered ghost pepper wings...they weren't, AND I found black hair in the breading in one of them. I ordered mild tenders...they weren't, they were soggy, old, spicy tenders. The biscuits had nasty hard bits(from my experience when you add too much water to the flour mixture), and nasty(too watery/mushy) mashed potatoes. I was also supposed to get 2 sides, but my fries were missing...though based on them screwing everything up, I'm guessing that would have been nasty too.
The last straw, I used my "mobile points" on my phone to get a "free" 8 piece box since I go to popeyes a lot...they knew this, but instead of giving me the fresh chicken I deserved, they INTENTIONALLY gave me the hardest, oldest, nastiest pieces of chicken they had, which should have been thrown away, and NOT served to the customers. And they even screwed that up, it was supposed to be spicy, but it was mild...they obviously didn't care.
I would have drove back and asked for a refund if I weren't so tired, and I'm not going back to this location. It needs to be shut down, absolutely terrible. Guy at the drive thru booth taking orders wasn't friendly either.
EDIT: I filed a ticket online, and got a refund. I guess they looked at my long order history and saw that I obviously love popeyes, but I will not be going back to this particular...

I asked her if there was a delay in the intercom and as soon as I asked her she cut me off again. She said there's no reason to be mad I'm just doing my job. I said I wasn't mad bu now I am right now because she cut me off again. And I asked the other manager that was in a green shirt she agreed with me that she shouldn't have treated me like that. So I asked for an apology and she said she went to the back of the store. And also she said she can't make her apologize to me. I pray I don't get sick from eating my food. As a customer I shouldn't have been treated like that. I left a message on the General managers phone. Her name is Roberta. Gonzalez I hope she get back to me because I still want my apology.
