Dallas Cowboys Club — Restaurant in Dallas

Had the misfortune of being stuck with Scott as our server. I ordered a couple of pepsi’s and Scott closed out our tab immediately. (Talk about feeling unwelcome ) I asked Scott if they had a menu, he was extremely rude and said i can order anything i want from the outside restaurants. Apparently they dont cook the food, you order from the other restaurants and they bring your food to you. It would have been nice to know from the jump but we eventually had to figure it out. Scott wasn't trained in communicating effectively,that or he’s just terrible at his job. This is an airport after all, so if youre from out of state there’s no way in knowing that. After we closed the tab thats when he explained how the process works. Scott mentioned “ alot of people dont know that, i just work here” we would have stayed and ordered some food and drinks but since he closed out our tab immediately and gave such horrendous service we decided to leave. As soon as I walked into this place the bartender said, “What’s up man,” in a way that almost implied that he didn’t know why I was there. I looked at him with a face that intentionally said, “Do you not know why people come to bars?”

Him: “Oh. I just called last call because we’re closing soon, but I could do like one beer.” Me: “I’ll just go somewhere else.”

They were closing in 45 minutes!

So I’m at Cafe Laredo now. They told me they were also closing soon, but that I could sit at the bar until they did. I’ve already closed my tab; had a few beers, and...

I recently visited the Dallas Cowboy Club at Love Field airport and was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I beat the long Whataburger line, but I also got to enjoy a delicious meal in a much better atmosphere than the airport lobby. The club offers food from three different restaurants, so there's something for everyone. And the drinks? Let's just say they were top-notch.
