The menu itself is an adventure. It offers a wide range of Mexican-inspired dishes, each boasting a unique and flavorful twist. Don't be fooled by "inspired" though, the portions are generous and bursting with authentic taste. For the indecisive foodie, this can be a delightful challenge.
But where Encanto Cafe truly shines is in its ability to marry tradition with a touch of modern aesthetic. The plates are a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach. Vibrant garnishes and creative plating elevate even the simplest dishes into little works of art.
Now, let's talk specifics! Their cafe de olla is a must-try. This rich, cinnamon-infused Mexican coffee is the perfect way to warm your soul. If you're looking for something a bit more substantial, their chilaquiles are a revelation. The tortillas are perfectly crisp on the outside and delightfully tender within, bathed in a flavorful salsa that packs a punch without overwhelming your taste buds. Each dish I've sampled at Encanto Cafe has been a symphony of flavors and textures, a testament to the culinary artistry of their kitchen.
Encanto Cafe is more than just a restaurant; it's a vibrant community hub. Whether you're catching up with friends, grabbing a quick solo breakfast, or seeking a delightful weekend brunch, Encanto Cafe offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Read moreI wish I could give it a 3.5 because I belive its a 3.5 or maybe a 4. Lets start off with the parking, they do valet parking when its full, but what I didnt agree to is that when they had some places empty in front of the business, they right away set a cone there. So I could not park after waiting for a car to leave. I literally waited for a car to leave so I can park in a empty spot, but the guy outside would set the cone, so I guess its a paid parking, they should have a sign saying paid parking. This place is pretty busy, especially around 12pm-1pm which was the time we went. Didn't wait to long for a table i guess because it was only a party of 2. Staff was friendly, friendly waitress. We ordered the Chorizo and Egg sandwich it was a 4 out of 5, was a little salty. Bread was on point, small square potatoes was good to. The red chilaquiles was spicy so if you want the green one, my bet is they will be much more spicy so I recommend the red one. Chilaquiles with egg was a 4 out of 5. We have had chilaquiles else where a lot more for the price, this one is just 2 small breads small and the chilaquiles for $14. Other places have side of black beans and potatoes with a small bolio. We ordered the pancakes, it was okay, fluffy we have a picture, it should have came with some berries but they forgot, they didnt come out after we asked about them. I'd give the place a 4 or 3.5 but the parking was a small issue. Would go back if in the area, and if they have parking available, I didnt notice after 2:30pm they had parking spots available...
Read moreThe dining experience had its ups and downs. The food was undoubtedly the highlight, with flavorful dishes that were well-prepared and satisfying. However, the service left room for improvement, as it was average at best, with moments of disorganization that impacted the overall flow. The atmosphere was fine, though not particularly memorable or unique.
What truly stood out was the valet service, easily the best part of the visit. It was affordable, efficient, and added a level of convenience that is rare to find these days. Kudos to the team for offering such a valuable amenity.
That said, the biggest opportunity for improvement lies in the check-in process. The current system lacks flexibility, particularly with online reservations. This rigidity creates unnecessary complexity when managing a long waitlist, especially given the restaurant’s layout. With limited space for guests to wait, the only practical option is to stay in the car, which defeats the purpose of the valet service. A suggestion would be to offer more dynamic options for reservations, such as staggered time slots or a system to notify diners when their table is nearly ready. This could help streamline the process and create a more seamless...
