Inspired Brew — Restaurant in Dallas

So my GOAT coffee spot, Tre Stella was closed again without power. I desperately needed good coffee. I scanned for a local coffee spot and hit this one. Coffee is fantastic, service is unusually personal, which is only something you can get with the owner making your cup. I tried one of their bourbon infused lattes and grabbed some generic ones as well. The bourbon was... better than okay but not amazing. The dodge the too oft problem of coffee shops doing infusion flavors of murdering the coffee flavor for their on top of flavor. This was... subtle. Properly complex with only some coffee clarity being diminished. I couldn't do it for breakfast regularly, I prefer my embarrassingly basic vanillia latte, but for an afternoon cup, the complexity would be refreshing and provocative without ruining coffee be eliminating the actual coffe that happens too often.. I would be scared to try as espresso tho.

Overall 10/10. Will be back. Finally - if you ate taking a date for coffee - this is 1,000% the spot. Coffee is good. There is a good chance she hasn't been here. Atmosphere is perfectly secluded but open, and the latte art printing machine, while a bit of a gimmick, adds flair you can't really beat. I'm already scheming to bring my wife on a date here for that alone. She'll be delighted and I look forward to that.

Overall 9.8/10. Only knock is if there are people there, seating will get problematic pretty quick....
