Is there a negative star for this DONUT SHOP? This owner is mean and rude and racist. She told my mom she couldnt sit down after making her purchase of the donuts in the store. My mom made a purchase and was sitting down to eat before going to work. Her daughter that has to apologize for her idiotic mothers ways says its because they have to charge if someone sits down to eat. She made that up. Just say my moms an a hole and leave it at that. My mom just goes to get donuts , or use to and she doesn't care for African Americans at all but will roll out the red carpet for the white folks when they come in and never say anything about them and their children sitting down to eat. My mom works nearby and I was with her when this happen and decided to make a visit myself. This kind of behavior and people need to die off. Overpriced doesn't give any deals in bulk order no extras. Will go elsewhere next time. Tried to charge $35 for a dozen kolaches, 2 large kolaches were almost $4 each, 3 sprinkle donuts, 1 pink donut and a dozen donut holes. Normally this would cost me $20 somewhere else. I only went here due to convenience from staying at the hotel across the street. Kolaches were stale and my experience made me feel like I wasted money and should have gone somewhere else. So glad we found JC Donuts! My wife and I searched online for close Donut Shops that we could access from George Bush and found this hidden gem. Prices were reasonable, the quality was outstanding and the owner was helpful in helping with recommendations and working with our time crunch so we could be at work on time! This is my new go-to Donut Shop. Oh and we got a red bull, orange juice and chocolate milk and they were less expensive than Valero across the street or Quick Trip across Preston.
