Once again, I have had the absolute best experience with Morgan as she has fully transformed and SAVED my hair over the last year (please view photos for reference)!

I highly recommend treating yourself to an experience at Cappelli Salon if you value top-notch customer service and incredible final results! Morgan was able to take my severely damaged hair and give me exactly what I wanted every time, while putting the health of my hair first!

In my last appointment (09.26.2020) Morgan did my color (full highlights with a root smudge) then fusion extensions to create the exact look I was expecting! Though this was a lengthy process due to the amount of work/time needed for each of these services, my time in the salon was both relaxing and delightful! As my color was processing other members of the salon team as well as the owner,Younes, talked with me and always made sure to prioritize my comfort! The whole energy of the salon made my experience nothing short of extraordinary!

I called in and they were able to squeeze me in the same day 10 minutes from when I called. The door was locked upon arrival and had to be opened even though it was during business hours. The salon is beautiful with many giant mirrors. Beautiful decor. I came in for a trim. I wanted to get rid of all my split ends. The stylist took off 1.5 inches and then took off another 1/2 inch upon request. Then proceeded to shampoo and condition my hair. Another lady, a blonde woman, washed my hair while the stylist trimmed and blew dry my hair (she had curly hair). I never got a name, but I did not ask. Overall, it was not a bad experience. The stylist who did my hair conversated with me and was super friendly and kind. The price on the other hand is the reason for 2 stars off. They charged me $70 for the trim. I asked why it is so much for just a trim considering the salon near my place does it for less than $15. She said haircut and trim is THE SAME PRICE. That is a little ridiculous considering she took off about 2 inches. My hair was originally a little past collarbone length and now it’s just to the collarbones. Nothing too dramatic like a bob yet I was charged $70 to cut off barely anything. Overall, the stylist was great yet the price is a bit much for a trim....

I have visited this salon three times. My first time was great - Amanda gave me a beautiful cut and great highlights that complemented my natural black hair. The second time, Amanda was on maternity leave so Melissa did my cut and color. The highlights turned out awful - I wanted dark chocolate brown (a tad lighter than my natural black) and I ended up with copper. They had me come back to get it redone - still not what I wanted but it was ok. This third time, I got an offer for 50% color/cut and Amanda was back, so I went this past week. I told her I wanted dark chocolate brown highlights and I trusted her choice because she did a great job the first time (I even told her about the mess up I had with Melissa). I ended up with copper highlights AGAIN!! I spent over $112 for this (and that was HALF OFF!) and I am so incredibly unhappy. They always bleach my black hair blond first, then it turns copper - I just wanted a color in the deep chocolate family that blends with my black hair.
