I went to the KFC at 11333 Garland Rd Dallas, TX 75218 at about 6:30pm last night, a Saturday night, to pick up a dinner for 3. Wow what a mistake. I wanted a 8 piece bucket meal with 2 breasts. First they tell me they only have breasts in original not crispy. Ok fine. When I opened the bucket at home there were 2 pieces sitting on a seperator paper above all the others. Well those should be the breasts right? Well it was 1 breast and 1 thigh and no other breast in the bucket. You obviously need some additional training at this store so your staff knows the difference between a breast and a thigh. This was not the first time it's happened here. None of the chicken was particularly hot or crispy.
Now lets get to the sides. We wanted mashed potatoes and something green. They were out of mashed potatoes so we got cold fries. Then since you don't carry any green vegetables, WOW, we got even colder mac and cheese. Good thing we have a microwave. I bet your store does too.
Overall, it was a horrible dining experience and not the first one we've had at this store. I swore I would never go back, but my mom was visiting and she really wanted KFC. This store needs a major overhaul or just closed. ...

I took two things back out of the three and asked for a refund. She said well do you have a receipt and what's wrong with it I explained what the website says and she said yea well it also says we have a buffet here, so... She said I didn't see y'all up here I said yea our brother came and got it. Her response was, "oh, the guy with the funny haircut." I handed her my receipt and she gave me $10 back. You have to try to get their attention and when you do thereās no sense of urgency to assist you they just look at you then you have to ask them over and over if the order is done or have they even started on it and most of the time no customers are at this location.
