Worst customer service. The girl at the window could not get my order correct on the screen to save her life. I repeated it to her at the window and she gave me my receipt. I continued to the next window and told the man at the window my order was still wrong on the receipt and he turned around and repeated it to the team. The team lead/manager yelled like an uneducated child “SHE DOESNT WANT MUSTARD?!” Another girl walked up to the window with an attitude and said it would be a 10 minute wait at the front. I said no problem but I explained it to the girl at the window several times and she rolled her eyes and walked away. I pulled forward and waited and the young man who brought it out was very kind (in n out burger material) so I tipped him and he apologized for his terrible lead & coworkers. Rude, unsanitary, and unethical. Alex gave a false name, when I asked for her name and lied on me to Uber. I guess, she knew that I was going to report her inability to practice professionalism and safe sanitation practices. She mopped the entrance floor, and without washing her hands proceeds to prep my to go orders for Uber. I encountered her and an unpleasant worker, who wore a red shirt, between the hours of 2:00pm-3:00pm.on April 16th 2021. The food was packaged incorrectly and possibly exposed to contamination. They were not helpful on distinguishing, which order belonged to which consumer. They appeared agitated, in their interaction with a black woman. Would not recommend. If I could give this place a 0 star I would I went in at 9:51 to the lobby they close at 10 in the lobby. The lady I believe her name is sicely however you spell it she pushed the door towards herself so hard to say were closed at 9:51 basically slammed the door in my face forcing me to leave I thought about going through the drive thru but I was so irritated the way she treated me that I decided to take my business to the new one in mesquite which is way better and no where near as rude it's a shame because I was planning on having a 40 dollar order but I guess her mistake.
