Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dallas

Extremeley rude woman on the phone call. I only called about a simple question. The way she responded completley threw me off. I called and the lady said "HELLO YES". As soon as I asked a question, she said rudely, "UM MA'M we're bussssssy", and stayed quiet. Then I said, "Is there not a shift leader on board I can speak to or a manager who's available?"

And she said " FO WHAT? Like why? What do you want? We are buuuusssssy".

If they did not wish to answer the phone because there busy, then they shouldn't even have picked up the phone. So rude. I was shocked by the way she acted agggresive towards me. And they picked up the phone so quickly as well when I called. I didn't think they would be busy, but that certainly is no way to speak at all to a customer who had a question. I am just thrown off by the way she talked to me. I'm not even mad about this situation, but when I called, I was greeted unprofessionaly and spokoen to rudely. For not reason. Very very rude manager , i ordered couple of things yesterdAy and burrito was missing , i go back and talk to cashier on drive thru she was nice , then manager popped up and Stared and started giving me weird looks and yelled ' wheres your reciept ' then i told her i thrash it but i got my apple pay history , and she started telling everybody Oh she got no reciept and tried to close window on my face and i told her i just ordered 7 min ago and she gave me attitude and said COME INSIDE , i had to leave the car and step out in the cold and come inside for one mistake they did , i come inside no hello no excuse me maam just straight up nodding like whats up ' and i explained and she said Well we just double checking , i felt very uncomfortable , i thought that was her personality and then i see her Wide smile with some workers trying to act nice , it felt like i stole something , i recommend to talk to that manager and explain to her we are not in the hood its a work place and Act...

Rude & incompetent drive thru employee. I pull up to the drive thru & instatly feel rushed. I told him to give me a minute at least 4 times. No idea why the rush if there was no line, I was the only one there. I ordered the meal with 3 Fiery Doritos Loco Tacos & a drink. He gave me the cheese flavored ones instead. I let him know they were wrong & he tells me to pull up to the front. He brings my "corrected" order, check them & notice there's no tomato or sour cream this time. I drive around again & he says he'll make them again but I said "No thanks, if it's ok I'd like to give the food back & get a refund". He had audacity to catch an attitude with me. He snached my card out of my hand , gave me the refund & threw it back at me. Really dude? Like I'm gonna eat food that I've sent...
