Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Dallas

Consistent food in a chain restaurant and good food products. Quick service, friendly staff. It hasn't ever been crowded when I have gone several times over the years. I have noticed the staff is always different when I go. Once a guy was wearing flip flops and working and another time a guy was eating a sandwich and went in the back when he saw me walk in. I'm sure those aren't acceptable company practices but oh well at least they are consistently friendly. Staff also uses the booths during non peak hours to do their management paperwork, laptops and all then go behind the counter when needed. Men's bathroom has some awesome tiles about urinating styles which will appeal to the junior high boy humor in all guys and I enjoyed them (see my photos!). Bathrooms are always clean. There is parking out front but it is often crowded and the spaces are narrower than normal. Restaurant & bathroom appear wheelchair accessible. I wish Jimmy John's would get vegan options and their owner/founder would stop trophy...

horrible,i ordered over a hr and a half ago,when I was on the phone ordering not 1 employee could have told me that the address on the website was incorrect!!? very disappointed in the way they handled this situation,my husband drove for a hr straight trying to look for this place,he called the store 4 times,was put on hold multiple times before a smart ass employee told him the address changed and could give us free cookies? wow,what about the time/gas spent,he carelessly then told my husband he should have got delivery,however they dont deliver here either,they keep calling my husband asking if hes coming,get it together jimmy johns and stop ripping people off,work on your customer service and common sense,will not be...

I submitted an order for 8 subs for a crew of hungry workers at my home for "freaky fast" delivery, I get a call 10 min after I pay for the order and she says sorry but I'm out of bread. This was at 1:45 in the afternoon. Your out of all the bread? Yes we were busy but I can send you one sandwich. Any other stores in the area deliver to me, I have a bunch of hungry guys here?
