Country Burger — Restaurant in Dallas

First off all this place is filthy and stinky which comes in play with my next observation the service is wooooow TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE the short Hispanic with mustache behind the counter taking the orders was discustinly rude and inmature has a nasty attitude if he shouldn't work at a place that deals with people customer is always #1 no matter what I asked what was the difference between 2 burgers on the menu and he looked at like if I was mentally challenge and said there burgers there all the same and I say ok then why does this say that and that say this he's says you want a burger or no that's when I started to get heated and literally wanted to punch the mustache of his face. Ok I order a double cheese burger and I asked for jalapenos on the side I proceed to pay I'm waiiting for my order to come out and I says excuse me the jalapenos are missing he says the .30¢ a piece I was like excuse me I ordered some with the burger he says I didn't charge em I'm like ok charge them on my card he proceeded to say it's a $5 minum I look at him mad ready to beat this guy to the curb but I couldn't cause I had a company shirt and I don't lower my self to ignorant people. Bathroom smelled worse than a construction site porta potty, it's the worst and nastiest bathroom I can remember ever experiencing in the last 15 years of dining out all the time. The first time I visited this location was over 25 years ago, I haven't been here in several years because I don't frequent this area anymore. I ordered a variety of stuff for my lunch, I went to the bathroom to go potty and then wash up before my meal. I was looking forward to having a nostalgic lunch break. I over spent and over purchased intentionally. I always wash my hands before I eat a meal, the smell of that restroom was putrid. I walked out of the restaurant, I drove away immediately, I didn't go to the counter and ask for my refund, I left my money and I left the food. I'll never go back there. Question: How clean is that place knowing all staff members also use that disgusting bathroom? I'll never go back there, not ever, such a sad day for this icon. Bad Bad Experience 👎 I dont recommend, first of all I came to drive thru and this guy that said he was the supervisor got my order wrong he was short mexican guy I had order 2 spicy chicken sandwiches one with fries and the other one with onion rings he agreed in drive thru that he got my order to go to the front window to pay then he states that I never order onion rings in one of my combo that the guidelines had change and that he was going to charge me full price for onion rings that I specify in drive thru I wanted to substitute in one of my combos and he has the nerve to tell me if I want the onion rings to go around and place the order again, then he tells me I have Bad customer service but I am the customer he was not making sense and started screaming at me, I've never experienced nothing like this in drive thru this is my first time I think coperate should take care of this issue is not right for a "supervisor" to scream and accused you of lying when the customer is always right and I don't have any right to lie all I wanted was for my order that I paid to...
