McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

Good evening hope everyone having a wonderful day today. I was in the North Dallas area today decide a stop at McDonald's they have the most awesome biscuits a remind you of grandmothers homemade style biscuits back in the days. Like I always have said and some of my reviews when it come to McDonald's can't go wrong. My experience was wonderful this morning when I was in drive-thru and the price is great. I haven't never experience any the places I have been in prices for sausage biscuit with hash brown a $1.50 and you saving money is a good thing now and days. Like I'm saying in my reviews that I have to be honest and direct. I think is very important that we let the hard-working people that gets up early in the morning to make the breakfast for us as a customer then we appreciate them. I guess it if it had to take me to address this then I will being a child of God I like to be honest and truthful to the public and the shoppers as well. They deserve a five-point star I wish I can give him higher but it does only go to 5 but you know where I'm coming from. If you don't mind let me address this also the hours have also change when I mean change if you out late and you want to get something real tasty they stay open 24 hours now I have notice also just recently they have some slushies it look like the flavor of fruit punch one of these days I'm going to try them out. You know I wish I can talk to one of the owners or the CEO other company and let her know how hardworking some of these people are in his company of McDonald's franchise. I have also met some pretty neat people when it come down to corporate office. I'm just a people person don't mind meeting and greeting one from another. I guess I will close this out in just a minute or two may you have a wonderful rest of your afternoon be blessed and also be safe continue on doing the work that y'all do McDonald's staff in a long run it will pay off thank you so much thumbs up...

0 Star. Don't go to this McDonald's location, ever. First time of my life to order food here through Mcdonald app( first time too), the app forced to paid for twice, first time was at my office when I thought it went through, second time was at this McDonald location when I tried to pull out my order and I did not find it. And I paid it again. Meanwhile, the drive-thru lady was super rude, first rude drive-thru reception I ever saw, and told me to check-in. I asked her check-in what, and she told me to check in the door. But I saw all tables and chairs are fold up when I pulled in, and the app has two options: curb side pick up ( I chose this at first time paid )and drive-thru( I chose this when I paid second time). Then another lady told me to drive up and check in my phone. So I did. And then the lady, again, said she doesn't accept any order from app and asked me to park in front the door and go inside. So I had to do it. So I got inside ( because the curbside pick up is a lie) and I told the cashier my order Code is NC14. But he did not believe and required to see from my phone. And I opened this app again, and my order was disappeared, again. But I did not want to pay for the 3rd time. I told he the code and my name and the food I ordered. He still said he could not see. After a while. Finally, he found my order, rudely. Afterward, I requested to cancel I payment because I paid it twice and I don't need it. And he said he only see one.

Such a rude team, and the cashier is a liar, too. I m not going to visit Mcdonald again, ever. I m deleting the...

This was an absolute horrible experience for my husband and I. I am only giving 1 star because I have to to leave a review. We walked straight up to a kiosk and placed our own order. We took a number and went and sat down and that's when it all started. We waited over 25 minutes before I finally got up to check on our order. One of the employees walked up to the counter to see what I needed. I asked if they could please check on our order because it had been over 25 minutes and he turned around and layed our receipt on the counter behind him, and then just went right back to doing whatever he was doing before. Shortly after, another employee walked up and asked what I needed and I explained to her the same thing. The manager ended up helping put our order together, which none had been put together prior to me asking, and rudely passed my tray to me without saying a word. No 'sorry for the wait' or ANYTHING. The restaurant was filthy including almost every single table not being cleaned before other people were trying to sit down. I WILL NOT BE BACK! Dirty restaurant, horrible service and extremely rude employees. I am more than surprised that this restaurant...
