If I can give this McDonaldâs location negative stars I would. Not for the service, because most of the times Iâve been here Iâve been attended quick and staff has been efficient and friendly.
I would give this location (and the owner of this location- ANAND KUMAR) negative stars for the LACK OF SECURITY for their employees. Two of my younger siblings 17M & 21F are currently employed at this location. The amount of times the employees here (including my siblings) have been in danger are way too many to count. Just LAST NIGHT (8/04/23) there was yet ANOTHER incident where a couple of teenagers were being rude and calling my sister names âfor not getting their drinksâ (which wasnât included in their bundle order). They demanded the drinks, one of the teenagers pulled out a GUN and pointed that straight towards my sister. Another gentleman was there to witness the incident and exchanged some words with he teenagers. Apparently the teenagers got scared and decided to run to another restaurant next to the McDonalds. While they ran, they decided it was a brilliant idea to start randomly shooting at the McDonalds obviously not caring enough of anyone in the establishment.
Iâve worked in management position of a restaurant (service industry/hospitality) and even when I wasnât on the clock if there was a delicate situation or emergency (which there were plenty) I as a MANAGER, I made sure my staff WAS and felt safe and secure to go to work even to the point of exchanging words with obnoxious customers who harassed and belittled the staff. Their safety and well-being were my priority at that moment. So to the so called âmanagerâ that wasnât on the clock last night during the incident: ROSARIO, while you were made aware of the situation even tho you were checking the cameras (or the only views you were able to see because of the lack of cameras FOR THE EMPLOYEEâS SAFETY) why were you so much more worried about a couple of people not being in uniform instead of asking if everyone was okay!?!.After my sister had a gun pointed at her and you asking about people not being in uniform and my sister replying âyes weâre all okayâ to see if you even bothered to ask about their safety. Replying to my sister saying her sarcasm didnât make anything better. You have no sympathy towards your employees whatsoever! When there was another shooting incident a while back when they shot thru the drive thru and YOU were clocked int that night. YOU HAD TO LEAVE because you didnât feel good because your blood pressure dropped and the owner finally showed up because you were on the clock. You all were rushing my sister (one of the other managers there that was in the shooting incident last night) you were rushing her to get to work because you had to leave. So what Iâm seeing now there is favoritism!? You tell me!
THERE ISNâT ENOUGH SECURITY TO PROTECT THE EMPLOYEES (Not enough cameras in the establishment for employee safety). Thereâs a lot of young teenagers and middle aged adults working there (They are someoneâs child, mother, sister, etc!!)
These are just a few of the incidents that have happened at this location and still til today nothing to has been done about it:
â˘A manger has been held at gunpoint a couple of times â˘People breaking in multiple times â˘Break in/robbed by (at that time) an employee and their significant other â˘Damages by tornados
And after these incidents happened the owner ANAND KUMAR didnât ever show up. What kind of employer are you!? Are you finally going to show up when someone ends up dead!??
I really hope corporate does its job in checking at this location because the safety of the employees by the owner are at risk.
*Anxiety, depression, emotional distress are just some of the psychological damages that have been made with all these incidents here to the employees. Worst location! Do better!

Iâve placed an mobile order arrive to McDonaldâs, the cashier gave me the receipt to the wrong order and yet proceed to tell me to go to the second window, go to the second window theyâre unable to find my mobile order after I showed them the order details along with the code & location of where to pick the order up. Yet the cashier starts to cuss when she walked away then proceeds to come to the window and ask me for my phone to show her manager, I said no maâam I do not trust you for you to walk away with my phone, you can call all your manager to come to the window and Iâll show her. Yet, she didnât tell her, so she told me to park in the curbside pick up parking spots and Iâve waited for about 30 mins watching others get their food. I pulled back up to the window where the manager was and she looked so scared to speak to me, yet I told her I just want my money back since you guys already closed out the order & charged my card. She tells me you can call the number on the receipt, maâam the number on the receipt is the McDonaldâs restaurant number, give me my money back she said no itâs not. I left without my food nor refund so Iâll have to dispute this with my bank which is ridiculous! Went to this McDonalds around 11:30pm it was raining really hard tonight but was still courteous and read my order back to the young man to make sure it was correct since the rain was loud. My order consisted of (2) 3.50 double cheeseburger no onion and fries bundles (1) 3.50 bundle of the 6 piece nugget and fries and added a Large Coke. With sweet and sour sauce. I was intentional to turn off my windshield wipers to make sure the rain didnât get on them even through I was trench from constantly repeating my order. I paid in cash the exact amount and pulled to the second window. The young lady at the second women ask me to confirm my order in which I did. She proceeds to give me the bag and I confirm with her that sauces and all items where in the bag she rushly said yes. Which was understandable because it was raining. I made it home which is 8 minutes away to find out NONE of the three fries where in the bag nor was the sauce for the nuggets.
