McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

Absolute Terrible experience using the drive through via mobile app. Upon arrival i had to repeat my code several times and the lady working kept repeating my code WRONG until finally she got it right and then said my order was not on their screens. They told me to go to the first window where a guy asked for my code and he proceeded to tell me to go to the next window after getting my code. At the second window i was greeted by the original lady speaking through the speaker who proceeded to ask “can i help you?” But with an attitude as if she did not want to help me. I proceeded to show her my mobile app that clearly said “give code at drive through speaker” but she kept telling me that we “need to complete the order you did not finish that order” as if we did not place it or pay yet, after telling her it was completed and even showing her the mobile receipt + app that clearly stated it was a DRIVE THRY order she said i had to come inside to receive our order. All while having a very nasty tone and attitude. Upon going inside the first lady at the cash register EASILY took care of the order even though she thought it was weird that it indeed said “Drive through” and they made me come inside to get. Completely unprofessional from the lady working the drive throughs part. I will not be returning to this location as ive never had a bad experience at McDonalds until i went to this one. I usually at this location because i live up the street from it, i do work for hospitality in the kitchen department i do understand how the food establishment goes, but as for a fast food restaurant, this location needs to step up their game and provide great costumer service with a smile on their faces and not be so rude and rush, and just have the look on the face saying "I hate this job", we all do not like where we are but be thankful for the fact that you have a job and make a living to prosper until that new level comes, we all are not perfect but we can do better than we what we are doing, and also i would like to make a report that one night i order 20 piece nugget, i don't think the girl was listening or just did not care, but i came from work that night i was tired and exhausted i didn't even catch the girls name but all i know is that after i got home, all i had was 10 piece nuggets i would've went back up there but like i said i was tired and did not won't to argue with anyone and when i ate one their was something sharp in my nuggets it cut my gums and i was bleeding so therefore i will t eat here ever again and i would suggest that corporate would have to look into that and see what the deal is before the next person experienced what i...

I went through the drive thru and was met very dryly. The young man at the window was apparently having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. He had his mic on and was saying very smart/sarcastic remarks to me. It was a very charged exchange. I left the window to go inside. I was surprised to see the staff had a few managers inside who seemed to be ignoring his actions. I told one of them (short lady), and she just kept working, even after I pointed out the wrong drive thru guy. (There were 2 working the drive thru. The one at the 1st window was the disrespectful one. I did apologize to the wrongly accused one, and he was kind during and after as well. VERY respectfuĺ also.) I ordered my food from Mekeisha...she was the true heroine of this story. She was kind and helped me get my food swiftly.

I have frequented this location many times because it is along my route to work. The service is ALWAYS trash, and the environment is NOT welcoming, but it is better than the one a few exits down from there. I love McDonald's, but I am tired of giving my hard earned money to places where customer...
