I recently went to this location to trade in my device and activate my new one that I had received in the mail from AT&T. I was greeted and welcomed as soon as I walked in by Victor A. He sat me down and took care of me immediately; he was informative and above all helpful. The reason for the two star review is because I had to come back again for the same reason with a different device but my experience was completely different. I was greeted by a different salesman who'm I didn't get his name but came off unprofessional, self righteous and rude. After trading in the old device he had issues activating the new device I brought and told me to call a number which turned out to be a hotline only used by AT&T employees so I had to be redirected to customer support. Not only was he stubborn but also lazy. Meanwhile there were a couple of people that had walked in and where treated with the same unethical manner. With our new plan I now have 5G almost every where I go where before I barely ever had 3 bars LTE. It sucked!
I have never walked into a wireless store and came out better than I was before I went in. So, if I ever have an issue I always do the text chat with an agent.
But I will use this AT&T store again and I recommend it to anyone else currently using AT&T or looking to switch.
I don’t know the other gentlemen’s name that was working that day but he too was just as helpful and patient.
