Bad customer services and over charged me on items. Tried to get it corrected and the gentleman voided all the transaction. The manager Tiffany came over and when she attempted to look into it. she told the cashier that at this point she didnât care if it was under she was too tired and I explained it wasnât under it was now over and she never did the math instead I did it for her to show her because she was too tired. But from this point it got worse then she stated I treated the staff wrong and I said no and I asked the gentleman cashier which he confirmed in front of her that I did not. I tried to explain things to her and told her if she was really that tired as she has stated then ask corporate for time off. Her attitude is very wrong and she just didnât want to hear it and was argument instead. tired to explain things to her at which point she was still rude and the cashier pretty much stepped in to tell her to stop and cool off. Target look into your bad management. Tiffany the manager has a bad attitude and very poor customer service and unwilling to help resolve anything. Attempted to speak to another manager also and her response was that she was the only manager and there was no one else.Will never shop at this target again. I originally spent 280 at this store and I was treated as if I stole from them. Wow! left the store with nothing.    Read moreI work in this shopping center. So Iâm constantly coming here to buy snacks or whatever else I need. My first interaction with this one Iâm assuming manager carol. This teenager was getting a cup of water when carol approached her and said in very rude tone âyou know you have to pay for that rightâ. Then turns around and says âwell Iâll let you have it this time but next time youâll have to pay for it.â I go and grab a cup of water myself and she turns me and says the same thing to me. But then says âwell since I didnât make her pay for it. It wouldnât be fair to make you.â I walked away. This morning Iâm grabbing some stuff. I go to get a cup or water and carol again tells me rudely âyou know you have scan that right?â I said yes and walked away. She said âwell Iâm just letting you know.â while laughing. After I paying for my items I asked for her name which she said carol. And I walked out the store. As Iâm walking out she saying to not threaten her with corporate or something to that nature. This is not how you treat customers. Especially someone who shop there often. Thereâs a way you approach customers and a way you speak to them. âExpressâ lanes are never open. You will be standing in line 30+ minutes while associates walk around instead of getting on registers and assisting. Also customer service will not assist a regular checkout when theyâre not busy. Like i said- Walmart with Target brand on the outside of the store
Update- young lady at customer service named âTiffanyâ accused me of snatching a pen out of her hand while i was writing down info to place a complaint about the lines. I told her i didnât snatch a pen-as well as my husband who witnessed it- & she proceeded to turn around & ask âhow do you know she didnât snatch the pen?â I told her there was no need for the additional conversation & she could go back to working & she told me â& you can get out â. I wasnât rude nor loud with her as the cameras will show (also Quin was the person assisting us. He was nice) . She said this while 6 or 7 other customers were standing in the line waiting to be assisted with simply checking out.
